I am SO disappointed in this store but ESPECIALLY at the manager. I bought an outdoor canopy for my kids birthdays. I set it up that afternoon and the next day there must have been a gust of wind but all the joints had missing screws and the metal rods were bent. Not to mention the entire product was very low quality but I thought it would at least last the summer. I packed it up but since I'm also a single Mom and responsible for my Mother who has Heart Failure, I missed the return deadline by less than 24hrs. I called the store and asked the manager if I could please return this faulty product especially since I want even a full day late because I thought my Mother was going to die and HE DIDN'T CARE AT ALL! He basically have me some run-around and was heartless not to mention the product fell apart AND I want even 24hrs past the deadline. Sad display of corporate greed

I ordered and paid a $100 same day delivery fee for a recliner... waited 1 st day all afternoon. Second day... didn't come and I canceled. Do not use Dolly delivery people! Big lots.. if u make a promise, keep it. Do better. I needed the chair for my 4th of July party.

5/24 - Bought some patio furniture items here. I had a problem with one of the pieces and they immediately took care of it. Great customer service and great attitudes.

Horrible experience. I came to this store yesterday and was told the price of a recliner which was $319 plus the additional 25% off all clearance items. I said I would return tomorrow with a truck. I make arrangements to get a truck and an older woman with long blonde hair refuses me to sell it at the price I was given and was very rude. Will never return
