Finally, an honest mechanic. The only shop I use to have any services done that aren't covered in my warranty. It is cheaper than the dealerships with quality parts. Explains what's wrong, what the part is doing, should be doing. Great group!

AutoHouse is very trustworthy and fair. They were able to fix my auto in a very timely manner and let me know of future problems if not addressed soon. Highly recommend!!!

I bought a car, it got stuck in limp mode on my way home. I was very short on cash so left it at my house for a couple months until I could afford any repairs. I drove it to AutoHouse to be diagnosed and they told me it's rusted and not worth fixing, they also broke one of my break lines in the process. They charged me $150 for labor. I left with no more info on my car and one part broken. Whether this part was close to breaking or not, I felt this was pretty messed up and certainly not what my typical mechanic (Suburban Tire in Glendale Heights) would do, but still gave them the money. Victory came to pick my car up but couldn't because I hadn't had the car registered to me yet. I told AutoHouse I would have the registration changed and they "warned" me that Brian would not like this and might charge me storage until I get it. Funny, because I drove the car there and would have driven it back to sit in my driveway if my brake line was not broken... I guess I'll see if they try to charge me storage.

I took my car for the brakes and they told me that also the oil compartment was leaking and they fixed it. Total was $1300 for all. Waste of money because my car broke in the middle of the road because all the oil came out. They didn't give me any warning that what could happen. I was told by them that they repair everything and my car was in a good condition. Now the owner of this place doesn't want to be responsable for his job and my car is a total loss. Don't waste your money in there or also I could it get into big accident and been injured but thank God no and it's only my car.

Great customer service and very honest shop. Took my car to other mechanics in the area and they couldn’t figure out my coolant system malfunction. Brian was able to troubleshoot and identify the problem right away. He saved me lots of money and that’s why I consider him a super mechanic.
