Bought a hot dog, from this 7-Eleven located at 311 E Irving Park Rd in Wood Dale IL, and halfway through eating it, I found mold on the bread, it was on the lower side so I didn’t see it right away??
The health inspectors definitely need to give this place a visit

I ordered two pieces of pizza, and the cashier stuffed them I to one tiny box....like she literally had to squish them down to fit. The Big Gulp drinks had almost no syrup. I get the feeling the people working here are owners or family of owners, as they are cheap, have no concept of customer service and quite abrupt. Shut this store down. 100% awful service, and this comes from someone that loves 7 11!!

Everyone count your change I’ve been keeping track of the cashier working on may 16,2024 at 8pm and he has been shorting me on average 70 cents to a whole dollar every time he gives me change he has currently shorted me $8.24 total! Once he gets to $10 I will be going to the police and emailing corporate about what he is doing, my change today was $3.71 and he gave me back $3.10

This store is the best. Well stocked, clean, masks required and sold here as well, safe distancing, friendly, efficient, and best of all, owners that know their customers.

If she doesn't work there anymore I won't feel uncomfortable about coming in and shopping here, but I no longer go to this store due to various conflicts I have had with the same Indian female cashier with long dark hair, these conflicts have to deal with pricing discrepancies. In these instances the beverage dispensers had one price above the cup dispenser for it, then another on the machine itself. Also expired sale price tags, and the cashier's immediate response to cancel the ability to put in a rewards number when cashing out. The same clerk is always rude and doesn't like to give the correct price when she is wrong. I have exchanged emails with the management whereas they said my claims were 'unfounded'.

Stop here often and the staff is always welcoming and helpful. They sell basically everything you would expect 7/11 to sell. Could use some extra cleaning at times but still a good place to stop.

Store steals money via Uber Eats orders. Instead of marking items out of stock they will mark as entire order fulfilled; when asked why this was done this say get refund from Uber Eats. Why should Uber eats take a loss for your mistake? Is it a mistake or a tactic to get free money? Not only that they mark order as completed charge you and then when you try to go pickup they will claim it got canceled and say call them for refund. Absolutely horrible

The old man that work at night will steal money from you make sure you ALWAYS ask for a receipt I can on Christmas Eve and charge to me $8 exactly for a 12 pack of Coke which is not it's not $8 and had charged me on the computer as a slurppe and when I asked for a receipt he could not provided one the morning staff always do why cant he... And which is a common way to steal money from the company and the customer I confronted him about today and got upset and said he didn't care when I said would speak to the manager

Horrible customer service from the little man with the mustache he unprofessional and rude. Always on the phone when you go in there and you have to be careful and be aware when he working cause he tries to cheat you.

I appreciated that it was open at such late hours. They should have hot foods available at night as well though. Some people may crave taquitos, pizza, and whatnot at night.
