So I was trying to buy a car from one of their employees privately not through the dealership but when I looked at the title it was not in his name, and the date on the title was incorrect(the date they put hasn't even past yet= an attempt at title jumping. When I questioned the employee he said he had bought the car from his boss and would bring me to him to get the issue fixed. So I followed him to the dealership, the owner seemed very upset but come to find out the title isn't in his name or business either=title jumping. I physically watched him correct the date on someone else's title to which he demanded I sign the title before I leave. Glad i walked away

We were in an accident while visiting family in the area. Valeri was great about working with our insurance and keeping us updated all throughout the process while repairing our vehicle. The quality of work was also excellent! Would definitely recommend!

We had car accident in October. Not our fault. We called, and immediately had car towed and took it to Valeri Auto. No charge for storage, willing to work with insurance company. They will have the four parts and ready next Thursday. In 3 weeks and 2 days we will get our van back. Excellent service and reputable, smart service on van. Thank you! Service you can TRUST.
