“I have been in the automotive business for 24 years. I had a friend who asked me to come with them because they didn't like buying cars. I made the appointment over the phone and asked for their best salesman. We were set up with Griffin. He had the Wrangler pulled up for us when we got there. He explained the certified preowned warranty and buyers guide on the windshield. We took it for a ride. When we got back he had appraised her two trades. We agreed on a price and my friend set up a time to come back with the Cashier's check and pick up her Wrangler. I would recommend Griffin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I would hire him.”

“Great service and wonderful customer service! Had a blow out on the highway on my way to get my tiers rotated, so it took me a bit to get there. You guys let me drop my RV off and promptly ordered and got me new tires the next day ( decided to replace all 4 rear tires) they saved me the spare tire I paid a lot more for, in a previous blow.out. And helped secure it to the rear of my coach. This is my 2nd time at your establishment and I will be returning when needed. Also I didn't realize how many states you are in, so if I ever have a blow again in the Midwest, I will just call Pomps. Once again, thank you all so much in Park City.
P.S. we are traveling musicians so getting back on the road so fast was the best. We made it to the festival and are relaxed and ready to play.”

“I highly recommend Tires Plus of Kenosha! The manager, Dan Kurpis, and his entire staff are exceptionally friendly, helpful, and honest. The new tires cost me $815.55 and no cost for them to check the alignment which was still in spec! They also replaced some of the busted zip ties (thank you previous owner who thought that was a better idea then using the actual clips that belong on it) at no cost to reinforce my heat shield until my mechanic can install the new clips when he returns from his trip later this week. The money was well spent, and they patched my tire for free on Saturday in advance of the new ones arriving from the warehouse. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and you won't find a better deal! Believe me, I did my homework. Shop local and support small family owned businesses!”

“Was taking family members to O'Hare to catch a flight. 40 miles from airport and 100 miles from home, the oil pressure light came on in my 2002 Volkswagon Eurovan. Googled and called Sunset and spoke to Armando. He said bring it in and he will look at ASAP. Mechanic Joe diagnosed the problem. Oil pressure was OK, but the sensor is bad. They would have to order part, which my time frame did not allow. Armando said it is fine to drive, replace the sensor when you get back home. Was back on the road in 20 minutes. If you are looking for auto service to be done in the Waukegan area, give Sunset a call. Armando, Joe, and Nani.....lady at front desk were absolutely awesome. Good honest people. Thanks again Armando, you really helped me out in a big way!!!!!”
