Brought in some items to sell. They weren’t with much but I decided to sell anyways. They told me they didn’t have any cash to give me and the guy working offered to have the owner cashapp me. I was told I would get the money right away. A week later & no cashapp. Again, it wasn’t much money but very poor service in my opinion.

I used to go to this store alot until I moved 45min away. Lately when I make a trip down. All I get is a note on door asking me to call if I want them to open. It's happened twice in one week now and I find it hard to run a business or make any money from the business if it's not open during posted hours. I planned to spend a lot. But they lost a sale and possibly a customer. Plz do better

I hate down rating Illinois businesses but I do so.. So that they can be better. Visited recently looking for a replacement USB cable for my hard drive and dashcam because I for one believe in supporting local businesses. The problem was that not only was this not available for purchase but also the condescending attitude of the store owner. This store should stock and sell a wide variety of electronics. I did, however like the variety of older video games for sale in the store..reminded me of Funcoland from back in the 90s. I believe this place can be a hit if these two improvements are made1) adjust attitudes towards customers that inquire about products that aren't available.2) increase variety of products available for sale.

10/10 for sure!! The man running the place (SAM) is so kind and has such great customer service! The store had alot more inside than I thought. Clean and well kept. I had something stollen from me and it ended up being pawned off at this store. I didn't want to get cops involved. I just wanted the item back. The owner went completely out of his way to accommodate my needs. He could of sold it and made way more money. Instead, he was able to hold on to it for a few weeks and even gave me a deal. Such a kind soul. Nice family business. I wish there were more people in the world like him... I'm 100% not even joking!! Highly recommended!!

So my daughter wanted to spend her allowance & we explained that second hand stores are a great place to spend your money. We met the sweetest owner Sam. He show her the games and when he hurd it was her allowance money he gave her a small discount. I took a glance as the pretty jewelry. Wish I had enough "allowance money"We both will be back. Thank you for taking the time with myself and my daughter.
