“Due to some miscommunication with my insurance company I showed up thinking I was dropping my car off to get fixed, not realizing the actual process. They went ahead and kept my car and I got my rental car on sight. They had so many other cars ahead of me but still worked with me. They knew it would be about a week or more before even looking at it and then once they did they thought about 2 more weeks at best to finish it. They were so patient with me. It actually was done a week early, it looks good as new, and they even cleaned the car and windows and vacuumed it out. The freebies were awesome too!! I cannot recommend their services enough. While my damage wasn’t the worst it was a lot of parts and tedious work I imagine. They even buffed out and realigned my hood and you wouldn’t even know it had been dented!! “We had our car repaired here recently after a hit-and-run. The result was excellent. I only knock them down a star because their communication was not the best. Overall, the quality of the work was great, fast and very professional. Again, my only knock is that they weren’t the best at communicating with us.… For example, they would tell me they would call back later that day, and we never heard from them even though the car was finished. The dealership suggested a place in Lake Bluff that was WAY overpriced and wouldn't even take my car for three months! My wife and mother-in-law had both brought their vehicles here and were happy with the results. Not only was Rick able to take care immediately, but he could also source the parts needed for the car quickly. It was ready within a couple of weeks and over 30% under the estimate from the shop in Lake Bluff. Highly recommend them!!!”
