One of the staff stayed out during the start of her lunch break to help me cancel a package I had dropped in the drop box earlier that day. She had no obligation to help me but chose to anyways, incredibly incredibly nice and made my day.

I can't emphasize enough how amazing the staff member Eric is. He always greets me (and every other customer) with a smile, calmly explaining how everything works and suggests the best way to send something or to package an item. Blown away by his attention to detail + friendly attitude. Highly recommended!!

I always get such friendly and efficient service at this location. It's a pleasure to mail things from here even when I have to wait in line for a few minute.
