I couldn't be happier with the service at my local UPS store. The staff, especially the owner, is incredibly kind, responsive, and very professional. They've gone above and beyond, carrying large boxes in and out and even providing concierge service to my car. This has been the most pleasant experience I've had with a UPS store—they truly treat you like royalty.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO SHIP NEXT DAY AIR. I dropped off a package with my ups label for a next day AM delivery. Package Was not delivered next day in the morning, the package was delivered at all. Ups says it is because someone at the facility did not give the package to driver.

Exceptional customer service. Store employee named Rufus went above and beyond in getting my print project done. He was not only professional but gave me ideas that made my presentation stick out. Definitely will come back and see him again

I guess based on reviews form three years ago people use to be nice? Not the case anymore.. they DO NOT like having to do Amazon returns and will even give you side comments about it.

This is my go to place when I need to do an amazon return (Thanks Ian & Pete for helping me out all the time). I also come here to get my print jobs. This UPS store makes it super easy. I just email them at
[email protected] and what I want (3 posters 24x36 black and white) and they always have the job done the next day. The price is decent too so that's a bonus. I'm also so grateful that they were able to hold my packages when I was away. (I rerouted my packages here through the app). Thanks again!!

Not opening on time is such a failure of a business, like this, that serves businesses. Ten minutes past opening and still waiting.... and this isn't the first time that the posted hours are not adhered to...

It was shortly before Christmas. I was the only customer in the store. After taking care of my packages, I asked the clerk if he knew of a local book store he could recommend. He shouted the inquiry to another employee in the back room, who shouted back a recommendation. When I asked if he knew where it was located, he said-- and I quote: "I dunno, Google it?" My jaw dropped. And you know.... I'm not sure why I was shocked, considering I've consistently received this same level of blatant rudeness from every other other millennial employed by The UPS Store-- it really doesn't matter which location I visit. I said something to the effect of: what kind not customer service is that? But the clerk held his ground, there was no apology and certainly no "have a good day" as I left. UPS Store: this is the second review I've written about the garbage customer service I consistently receive at your stores. It's time to do better.

I run a small business and this store is vital to my operation. They are professional and get things done. Going to the post office is a waste of time. Sean and staff run a nice store and have everything I need. If you have a small business I strongly recommend this store to help out
