“PHENOMENAL!! Every time I walk into this particular UPS, the customer service is stellar. From Stephan (the manager) to every other employee I've interacted with (especially xxx whose name I'll add once I ask him for it), I always leave the store feeling better than I did walking into it. Somehow the guys are never frazzled, no matter how long the line is, which is impressive. They're genuinely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about UPS services. In fact, they've made such a good impression on me (over several visits to this store) that I now go out of my way to bring them business. They have a legit good reputation around here because their customer service is leaps and bounds above the norm in today's society. “I manage purchases for several family members and often have many items and packages for return delivery, hence UPS. The associates here are patient, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
I visit this store the most because it is conveniently located in between most of my regular errands, so I’m there throughout the year - the service is consistently wonderful. Even near Christmas when weather, traffic, and technology don’t always work in our favor, they remain efficient and dedicated.
I wish I could remember the name of the lead or manager who is usually there every day - he is so kind and always working in front or behind the scenes to keep the system moving smoothly. Thanks for all you do! -S”

The clerk who helped me walked away from me half way through getting my order complete. I'm on a walker and it's a tough store to shop at. They have the entrance door locked so you have to walk again through a little maze to get out. I'm not sure I could shop here again. Now the good point of the store is they have a lot of variety, but sine they don't have an Electric cart I will never see everything they have to offer . And they have a lot of ads they don't explain which product is the correct one on sale. I saw two separate buyers have problems getting the sale product. Do you have to decide whether you would go in the store to shop or Just go online.”

even more impressive was as other customers came into this location Alex the manager knew all of them by name and they all knew him .
I will definitely be returning here for all of my shipping and office needs
