This store has so many pretty things. I found Drew at the Winnetka store fabulous to work with. He is on top of things. Not pushy and very patient. Kept me updated on the progress of my order.

I am writing to express my extreme gratitude to Drew Tosi, the manager of the Winnetka store, for his help with an order. Drew took the time to sit with me and understand my needs. He went above and beyond to work with me, assuring me that his priority was achieving the most optimal outcome possible. Kudos as well to Lucy G., the customer service representative I spoke with on the phone. Lucy encouraged me to return to the store and speak directly with the manager to be sure that the company could address my situation properly. It isn't always easy to get good customer service these days, but Drew and Lucy deserve high praise for their stellar attention and responsiveness.

My family and I are building our future home in the Outer Banks. After exploring Serena & Lily's website I absolutely fell in love with everything they had to offer to complete my home. I contacted them for advice and design inspirations. I was introduced to Drew Tosi, a designer for Serena & Lily. My experience with him has been extraordinary because he's an extremely talented person who has a special gift in designing. He listened to my vision but also challenged me to trust the process with his ideas and thoughts. At any given time I did not love something I felt comfortable to express to Drew my thoughts. After 2 years with working with Drew Tosi and Serena & Lily, we're 2 months away from having a fully furnished home with furniture, lighting, wallpaper, outdoor furniture, mirrors, and all the accessories a home needs. From the bottom of my heart, I thank Drew Tosi for making this experience EXTRAORDINARY! ~Charlie

I was biking to Hubbard Woods today and saw this gorgeous new store was open for business! I have a lot of Serena & Lily in my house, but have never actually been inside one of their gorgeous stores. And this didn't disappoint because I found myself wanting to recreate a few rooms with their gorgeous furniture, but for now I settled on some new placemats. Unfortunately, they didn't have the placemats I wanted in stock, but the lovely sales associate ordered them for me with a store code for free shipping and 15% off. Score! The outdoor space is gorgeous and I couldn't help, but just sit down for a few to check my email. I wish they went the RH store route with drinks and food out here because it really is the perfect setting and I could see myself enjoying many girls nights out in this space with a drink in hand. Welcome to the neighborhood Serena & Lily!
