Small neighborhood camera shop. Most of their business seems to come from film developing and printing. Somewhat limited selection of camera equipment. Very nice people.

I called them twice and both times they said they worked on go pros. So I drive a 1hr and a half to let them work on it all for them to say they won't look or work on go pros.Don't come here wasted my time and gas all for nothingterrible place if I could give negative stars I would

When to phototronics today because the buy Camaras, but when seeing that they are doing that call and schedule a time. I had no clue on that but they were super nice. And told me they have another time in May there doing that, cool . Shortly later they call me and said they have a cancelation at 12:30 ,would u like to come yes !! The gentleman doing the buying of the camera was awesome and helpful!

Came here to get some 35mm film developed. They did good work and had a very quick turn around but their pricing was VERY steep.

The quality of service has dropped drastically since the ownership changed. The owner Kieth was very rude and the pricing is outrageous. The owner Kieth seems miserable and projects it to both employees and patrons. Something is very wrong there. If less stars were an option I would give a -1.

Best camera store around especially for film. They develop on site with ridiculously fast turn around, occasionally same day! The scans are incredibly high quality and affordable can't recommend enough! All the employees are nice and very knowledgeable great for some good film advice.

Phototronics is an example of why people don’t use film anymore. Their prices are outrageously high and they are able to charge these prices due to having a local monopoly. Over $10 for a typically $6 roll of 35mm film is too much to convince me it’s worth the price to support local business. I’ve had to pay over $15 to get a roll of 35mm film developed (not even scanned, because their scans are fairly subpar) too many times and I’m done giving them my business.

I went there for a quick service and got the worst experience. I walked in the store at about 3:30pm one evening to get an old photo scanned and printed, the guy at the counter told be that the soonest they can get it done would be the next business day. It sounded strange for a professional photo shop not to have someone at all times to do a simple job. Anyways I agreed to come back the next morning at 10:30am, before heading for my flight. The next morning, I walked in and the guy behind the counter didn't know anything about my order, went in the back to ask the lab technician and came back apologizing that it wasn't done but promised to get it done in 10 minutes. I was frustrated but needed the photos for my trip so I agreed to wait and finally he started ringing me up without an apology from him or the manager, no discount and nothing.....I paid and left knowing I would never go back to this store, people make mistakes but they usually try to make it up and make sure you leave their store happy and that wasn't the case.
