Setup and billing was easy. Location is a bit older. RODENT issues. Stored furniture and kids toys while renovating. Multiple boxes had been attacked by mice. At least one box had mouse babies in it upon bringing it home.

I would not recommend this storage facility. The day I got my unit I found it full of old doors and frames. I called support to get help moving them or ask for a different unit. I didn’t get an immediate response so I spent time removing them myself. I didn’t hear back from the staff for at least 3-4 days. At no point did they apologize for the inconvenience. They were only concerned with where the items I removed were located. Fast forward 3 months later when I was ready to remove my items. We were horrified to find rat droppings all over our belongings. To make matters worse they started making nests in between some of the furniture pieces. I called the staff again to mention this. It’s been nearly a week and I still haven’t heard back. Overall extremely disappointing and don’t recommend them.

Got locked out my unti 2 months in a row. Reason was person put the lock on mine for none payment but was supposed to go on unit next to me

Dave and Suzy have been super helpful in setting me up with a storage space. These storage units offer 24 hour access. The prices are straight forward and the location is convenient and safe. I reached out via their Facebook page and couldn't be more pleased with my choice. Worth your consideration.

Thanks for helping our son with last minute college move! The process was painless. It was affordable & convenient (drive up and walk 3 steps!). Meeting him after hours for a late move in was very appreciated.
