800 Elm St, Winnetka“I found this store very interesting. It reminded me of the movie Home Alone, where Kevin buys milk and groceries. I bought my lunch here for a good price. This store is excellent, and I highly recommend it to Home Alone fans who want to visit.”
“I’ve been shooting at that store more than 10 years and I love it now I would like to share my experience it’s such an amazing one stop to shop they have everything from the Middle East and more their price very reasonable compared to other places everything fresh the store very clean. The owner are wonderful. I recommend everybody to visit a shop from there.i wish Google has more than 5 starts but I will throw another 5 starts from me as a chef thanks allot brother’s grocery store”
“This place really has everything. The owners are SO NICE- The salsas are amazing- I buy meat from them too- eggs- horchata - they have it all. Pozole on the weekends!!”
“Love this place. The staff are always super friendly and helpful, the shop is clean, the sandwiches are good. Great spot for those staple items you just ran out of or a pint of Jeni’s.”
“Kol Tuv is a hidden gem on Devon Ave in Chicago. It is a specialty grocery store that carries an eclectic variety of foods that cater to all different populations. They have all the items you would find in a typical grocery store plus gluten free, dairy free, kosher, gourmet etc. When you go, you must check out the selection of chocolates and candies. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is immaculate. This store makes grocery shopping fun and exciting! Hope you love it as much as we do!”
“Nice store with great variety of groceries: vegetables, fruits, seafood, cooked and uncooked. The prices are good. Cashiers and store staff members are friendly and helpful. What a gem place between the city and the suburbs! Really glad I found this place.”
“We are visiting Chicago's Northern suburbs, and discovered our favorite grocery chain, TRADER JOE'S. This TJ's is stocked with the same house brands we find in Southern California. The employees are kind and knowledgeable. You know, they listen when you ask a question, then take you to that item. Checking out is quick, easy, and the bagger will move it to your car. Incidentally, TJ,s reusable bags have a long life.
And yes, the prices are good too.
There's an excellent selection of fruits and vegetables, packaged meats, cheese, unique spices, vegan and gluten free foods.
But the real joy of Trader Joe's is their selection of unique snacks, entrees, and desserts. However, there is a catch. TJ's branded products are constantly changing. If you see it and like it - buy it. It may not be there tomorrow.
Everything's ADA compatible. Plenty of free parking.”
“Always helpful and friendly staff that go above and beyond to help customers. The employees also appear to enjoy working there. They are happy, and upbeat. It’s refreshing. Thanks TJoes, see you in the very near future.”
“Honestly I work at a grocery store myself, but I decide to go to George’s store because he’s just a honest and amazing and trustworthy man. He is always kind to my dad and me and even his other customers. I most definitely recommend everyone shop here, and the prices are not bad at all here compared to other stores.”

825 Noyes St, Evanston“This place is near my office and they have the best sandwiches. I particularly love that they have options for vegetarian sandwiches. The Paulie Walnuts portobello mushroom sandwich is my absolute favorite. They also have some of the best roast beef around. their staff are really friendly and helpful!”

825 Noyes St, Evanston“I try not to eat a lot of sweets, so when I do, I want to make sure they’re exceptional. I love the cookies ? that are made in house. They also have a great selection of Jeni’s ice cream ? which is priced lower than the chain grocery stores. There is also an extensive selection of beers. ? Parking is convenient and the staff is friendly.”
“Let me just start by saying, I saw a reel on instagram and only came here for the promise of a gluten free bagel lol. When I got here, there were no gluten free bagels to be found. However, I did find gluten free strawberry muffins, gluten free english muffins, and gluten free hamburger buns. Now, anyone who has to eat gluten free knows how awful it is. Companies pump out cardboard to us, sell it at a high price, give less quality, and less quantity. I gave the english muffins and buns a gentle squeeze and they felt really soft. I figured, let’s take a chance. How bad can it be compared to anything else on the market. I got home yesterday and had a strawberry muffin. When I say I nearly cried tears of joy, I’m not lying. They’re SO soft and SO moist; you’d never know it’s gluten free! Then I grilled up some burgers for dinner and again, to my surprise, you literally couldn’t tell the difference. I actually double checked the packaging to make sure I grabbed gluten free buns and not regular buns! This morning, I made some coffee and toasted my english muffin. Again, it was SO good and SO soft, I double checked the packaging to make sure it was in fact gluten free. Only thing I couldn’t find (I’m not sure if you even carry it to be honest) is a gluten free bagel and gluten free loaf of bread. Either way, I’ll be coming back just because of those three gluten free items. Thank you for making gluten free enjoyable!!”
“Very Nice place especially they provide zabiha halal meat which is amazing and the butcher HUSSAIN is a very good guy and does work very professionally according to our requirement. Must visit place”
“I live about 30 min away, and not in the area often. This place is a mandatory visit for me during the holiday season, when I pick up several frozen entrees - including the pasta prosciutto and vegetable lasagna. Small place, but worth the drive. Extremely friendly staff as well.”
“I love to do my weekly produce shopping here. The quality and freshness of the vegetables is good and the meat is also well priced. The salsas are also great and my kids love to get treats when we shop. The staff is always lovely and helpful.”
“Since we have started going here, we have reduced our use of single use plastics by a lot! There are a number of great products that are way better than what you find in a conventional store with lots of packaging. The Myni multi-surface wash, the laundry detergent (unscented), toothpaste tabs, dental floss, dishsoap, foaming hand soap, dried mango, grains (rice, etc) and spices are some of our regular purchases. We love discovering new products and return regularly to stock up on our favorites. Saving jars from jam or tomato sauce has been easy to do. Highly recommend!!”
“store offers a diverse selection of food items, providing customers with plenty of choices. The layout is easy to navigate, making shopping convenient.the staff are very friendly and helpful everytime Keep up the good work!”
“Love that this international market is close to us. Great service, kind employees. The best pita anywhere. Spicy and regular hummus and stuffed grape leaves are delicious. Can buy Palestinian olive oil here too”
“I love it here the cashier I think here name is Debbie? Long Blonde hair short skinny with glasses she is so sweet and nice. Always asking if we need help and does a great job! Store is well stocked, clean, great prices too.”
“Most helpful employees around! (Except this one rude older guy in the meat dept...) Best selection and a pleasure to shop. Love that you can always get in and out quickly!”
“Most of the cashiers are very friendly, except for one occasion when a cashier threw each of my items in front of me. Until then, I had always thought that Trader Joe's employees were warm and friendly.”

1440 W Devon Ave, Chicago“Lots of neat options for breads, sausages, and dry goods. When you first walk in you don't realize how big the store actually is until you walk around the corner and past the registers.”
“Fantastic. A small charming grocery store that simply hits it out of the park. I live in the Margate Park area and have several choices for groceries. I come back consistently. Decent butcher with a great deli however lacking in the seafood department. Also, fresh bread is limited to one of those French bread box's probably delivered. It's a must visit and they continue to surprise me. Oh, and their spice's and grains are bananas!”

“I love Eddys food mart! Lived a few blocks away and I still go to it. They have lots of vegan free ice cream pints for like $7 and dairy free Milk. They have lots of regular items too I usually got and get nachos for my mom. The owner is really nice and I really enjoyed coming here :)”

6525 W Proesel Ave, Lincolnwood“Carry great items. Great produce!! They make their own non-dairy shredded cheddar cheese which is less than half the price of name brands that are not as delicious and don't melt. The Morse Brand cheese MELTS and is delicious!!!”
“Love this location took me one hour to get here on bus from Skokie but was completely worth it. Only went for the food court on the second floor! I orders myself spicy pork, that was delicious got it with great side of fish cakes and kimchi. I did not know what the third side was but it was ok. The place is big and the staff was great! Also will not hurt your wallet like some Chicago location that charger like 20 dollars plus for spicy pork.”
“Wonderful experience to shop in Lakeside. Very friendly and super helpful staff. I was looking for something and owner of the store helped me to get it. We usually order sandwiches over the weekend for the big group, everyone love their preps. Overall great place to shop.”
