I wrote a check to cash for $100.The teller gave me the $100 and on my bank statement they withdrew $600. It has been 6 weeks and this is still NOT resolved.

I’ve been a customer since the late 70’s. Disheartened by how hard it is to reach anyone at this branch by phone; particularly in the wealth management group.

I visited the branch having made an appointment to open up a business checking account.Its was a very smooth and efficient process. Looks like I picked the right bank!

They called me up to tell me they issued me the wrong card. I went to Bmo to pick up my new card... come yo find out I’m paying 15.5% interest rate and discovered they switched me from no interest to 15% from 0%.., now no one will call me back and I’m soo upset!!!

Worst customer service, especially by the supposed bank manager, Mr. Nickels. The other people I spoke to at the bank had no interest in addressing my concerns as it was time to close.

Ruben is soooo great!! He is new to this branch and honestly a great addition!! Ruben used to work at Northbrook and I was so sad when I called and he wasn't there, BUT now he is in Winnetka!!! YAY!! My husband and I live in River Grove and we drove all the way over to Winnetka just for him. Ruben answered all our questions and made it so fast and easy to open my husband's bank account. Thank you BMO Harris for having such an amazing employee!!! I will keep coming back even if that means we have to drive all the way over here. Totally worth the trip!!

My experience at this branch is usually fantastic. Although recently I needed a fee waived on my account due to being a full time college student with a part time job. I called the branch and spoke to a banker named Colleen I believe. After looking at my savings account her comment was something the lines of "its because you have nothing in there" or "you don't have any money" but in a negative tone. This offended me because I have recently pulled together all of my lifetime savings to buy a used car completely on my own, and have been struggling to replenish my savings since. I was so insulted by her attitude towards my low funds and felt violated. Please have a little more consideration next time...

This is the best Harris Bank branch I have visited. Efficient, service oriented and professional. Unlike the Glencoe branch. Well done.
