I have never had any financial establishment treat me like I was anything but a number to them until today. Ismail assisted me in picking up my foreign currency order and was incredibly kind and thoughtful. I have been a Bank of America customer for many years and can say that this location is like no other.

As a thirty-year customer of Bank of America, it’s disappointing to see the decline in service at the Winnetka branch. Firstly, the hours of operation are highly inconvenient, limiting access to the bank’s services to a narrow window on weekdays only, making it a challenge to visit without altering my schedule.
Secondly, the constant change in staff removes any sense of personal connection or recognition, replacing what used to feel like a community with a cold, impersonal experience.
Lastly, the recent remodeling has transformed the branch into a sterile and unwelcoming space, further distancing it from the warm atmosphere it once had.
These issues combine to create a banking experience that is frustrating and unsatisfactory, pushing me to consider taking my business elsewhere despite many years of loyalty.

I came here with the intent to talk to a banker. The teller thought I should talk to her instead. She wasted 30 minutes then thought yes, I should talk to a banker.

I was so sad when my local Bank of America branch closed. I knew the manager, I knew the tellers, I knew the personal bankers and they were all being transferred...scattered into the wind.... sigh. There is no way that they could be replaced, especially by this location, a couple miles down the road, with icky parking. Hrumph. Well, they couldn't replace my old team, but they definitely found their own place in my heart. Despite the icky parking (which the staff can't help) I have found the employees of this BOA location to be patient, efficient and friendly. I have enjoyed working with them on several different occasions, from wire transfers to opening a new accounts for my kids as well as all the routine banking business. They are a pleasure to work with, and all of them do their jobs well. If they could only move the office back up to Glencoe.....
