“Omar and Kima are outstanding managers. They are congenial, offer personalized care and are very hardworking. They were so patient and kind as we all struggled through the BofA bureaucracy in order to obtain a medallion stamp for my deceased mother's IRA fund transfer. I would highly recommend the branch in Skokie.”

2801 W Devon Ave, Chicago“Over the years, I've done my share of banking at Citibank. This location is one that I have frequented. Though they have opened newer locations and I have more availability to services, this is still at the top of my list. What has made this location standout for me is the personal service I have grown to appreciate with every trip. There's a personality that is lended with every transaction. The same used to resonate with the bankers but almost all have been switched to newer locations or left to other banks. A few steller tellers were also taken at that time. (Effing bummer.) The first-rate personality originated with one main banker/manager at this location more than a decade ago. An Asian-Indian-American woman that always had warm regards, referred to customers by name, she'd ask about families, spouses & catch up with customers on a daily basis. That warm regard & attitude was relayed through the tellers/bankers and added to a personable environment. That made every visit that much more memorable. But alas, she too was moved elsewhere and eventually left the company. Since then, they have never been able to capture that feeling. Since, they have been replacing older employees with younger ones. I'm not being an ageist here but it's apparent, that is what has changed most. Is it bad? No. But, they could have done it over a period of time. So that the newer staff could learn something from the more "seasoned." Over time I've gotten to know some of the new folks but will often opt for tellers that I'm more familiar with. They know what my banking needs are and there is no further description necessary. Note: The public number for the branch is not listed anywhere. I'm not sure why that is. They have tellers and bankers that can speak Hindi, Urdu, Assyrian, Espanol and a couple more languages. This location is one of few Citi locations offering service in different languages.”
“This place seems to have everything that you may want. From teas to soda to liquor. They have prepared foods or foods that you can prepare yourself. When I was there, they had two cashiers that was serving the people that came in to purchase gas and what they wanted in the store.”

6150 W Touhy Ave, Niles“They say that if you live 10 minutes from a Costco and/or 10 minutes from a Starbucks, your property value goes up like an extra 10 to 15 percent. Ok, I can buy that but how about living close to Target?? My Target is right next to Costco by the way. Let me know if you have that data point but nonetheless, I love this location. So convenient to get to from Touhy or Gross Point Rd. They also enlarged this location a number of years ago, this is one huge store. I've come here for a COVID shot, I've noticed that the selections are always fully stocked, there are great sales following a holiday or Christmas for chocolates, lights and decorations. There's a huge grocery section which is neat and clean. Now it is a parking trap, like I said, it's practically surrounded by Costco and the Costco Gas station so be patient and be kind as you try to find your way out. One more thing, I do like their toy section, I almost feel like a little kid when I check out what they have to offer.”

8400 Dempster St, Niles“04/01/23 - The second stop on our April Fools Day Tour was Citi Bank in Dempster to freeze a joint account she has w/her brother that lives in the Philippines. This account was set up before he moved back to the Philippines for good when he retired. For him it simplified banking transactions so they opened they opened a joint account so she could help out with transactions that had to occur in the US. The visit here was more of a precaution incase any fraudulent activity occurs in the future”

2289 Howard St, Evanston“Pretty easy experience! Sheala was super helpful and helped me with just what I needed help with! The temperature on the other hand was out of control. This is the hottest building I've ever been in! And I've been to Finland, where they have stand alone saunas. Which are super hot buildings as you can imagine. 10 minutes in here and I felt like a little slippery sausage boiling up into a crispy cracker. Cracker? Yeah I said it. So what!”
“First of all, in this time of trouble, you need to have an open mind and to be kind to others...I ALWAYS have good luck with this Chase Bank. Yes, sometimes the lines are busy, but I accept that. I love the people that work there. I never had a problem with anyone there. They are eager to serve us...I go there often. Keep up the good work Chase Employees! See you next visit. Kathy from Skokie”
