We were so impressed with Laurie and Nathan when they came to install our DogWatch fence and train our dog Bella in August. We have not had any problems at all and our dog is extremely well trained now and explores our entire yard. We have just under two acres and it is great to see her bounding about the yard, chasing the kids, turkeys, squirrels, etc. and then stopping short of the line where she will hear the audible signal. This winter has been great to not have to bring her outside on a leash to do her business like we had to do last year. Bella loves the snow and running full speed to jump and catch the snowflakes. She absolute loves her freedom and we love she is safe and contained in our yard. Thank you so much, Laurie! We would highly recommend their services!!!

We had a DogWatch Hidden Fence installed for our 8-month-old puppy who kept trying to run away whenever he saw another animal outside of our yard. The installation went smooth and the training they provided was extremely helpful. I thought it would be difficult to follow the instructions, but the process was pretty easy and our puppy caught on quickly. 3 weeks later, he is now leash free in our yard and enjoying his freedom safely. We've had Stateline for years. First for our Shepherd and now for our sneaky terrier who kept taking off for the neighbors farm. Several days ago we noticed it didn't appear to be working. Wasn't sure if it was collar, fence or dog just getting braver. Called and Stateline came the next day and took care of it. My mother was getting her fence maintained as they got a new Great Pyrenees puppy. The puppy is very energetic and under 17weeks. The puppy was very excited, tail wagging and is still working on nipping at the ankles. Well the owners ankle was nipped and she turned around instantly and smacked the puppy across the face hitting him in the eye with the electric collar causing the puppy to yelp, cry and run away. The dogs eye is now swollen almost to the point it cannot be opened and is being taken to the animal hospital to evaluate the bone structure, and I remind you this is a puppy under 17 weeks old still growing. A police report will be filed and this company ESPECIALLY this woman should never go near another dog. EVER.1 month later with no response, yet 2 other reviews with responses. The lack of accountability on a CLEAR mistake is dumbfounding.Service: Dog fence installation

Stateline DogWatch is the best around! They have installed two fences for me on different properties and each time they were fantastic. They are professional, knowledgeable, training not only my dog but coaching me as well on how to continue the training with my dog! Most recently I had some questions and they answered all of them and took care of the warranty issue I had! Lori made the warranty process a breeze! Nice to know 7 years after my first purchase, the collar equipment was still covered! I couldn’t be more happy with the complete process! Highly recommend! Mark & Laurie are amazing to work with. Their installation quality and customer service is beyond exceptional! Anytime I've had questions or needed assistance, they always either answer or call back in a very short period of time. This includes when I've had to leave a message with the call center. In addition to that, the Dog Watch product is worth every dollar! The lifetime warranty on the receivers is great! Especially since I've had to use it when my dog tried to eat my other dog's receiver ? (I believe twice now). Just today, I called to have them come relocate the underground wire since our new fiber line needs to be buried. As expected Laurie called back a short while after leaving a message with the call center. Come to find out, the product is already designed to allow the homeowner to locate the line within a few inches on their own, which saved me $100+ service call. I'm not an expert on the subject but don't believe other fences have this option. If you're shopping for an invisible fence for your pets, hands down, this is the only product you should consider and Mark & Laurie are who you want to install it! Thanks for everything you two!!!

The indoor fence and outdoor fence have been great for our dogs. They were very fast to fix a break in our fence when a contractor cut it digging. If you want an in ground fence they are the folks to call!Services: Dog fence installation
