“This is one of the nicest and cleanest Dollar Generals I have ever been in. The customer service was wonderful and this was around Christmas! Wonderful experience. I will make sure to visit there again.”

Since this store has been in service the customer service has always been outstanding the staff changes a lot but the choices of employees have been in line with the people who shop. “On 2/4/23 at roughly 7pm, i stopped by for the first time in Pec having been to Durands numerous times. Whomever the woman was working that night, is phenomenal and should be accommodated as such. I rarely leave reviews but she was extremely courteous, helped both myself and other customers quickly and competently yet also extremely politely. Not something you see often in the customer service industry anymore. Thank you!”
“I'm giving this store a 5 star because the young man and lady that were working there tonight were polite, professional , and courteous. To me that makes the overall shopping experience much better! I've been here during the day when the cashier is playing his music loud, more involved with his phone than the customer. This night staff is doing a great job!”

“Mackenzi is the absolute best employee and they don’t know what they have with her! Give that woman a raise! She always goes above and beyond with me and my family and everybody I’ve ever talk to. She makes the store feel like a community store that belongs in Winnebago. I felt the need to come back and redo my review strictly it because of this wonderful lady.
