“This is a great store on the wrong side of town. The owners are good people. There was a couple times I was short on cash and he would let me go with it. And he let me borrow cleaning products when I needed and let me pay him at a later time. 5 stars from me.”
“This is by far one of the greatest gas stations I have ever been to. VERY clean, HUGE Selection, CHEAP gas, and a subway inside of the gas station. If you’re ever in the unfortunate situation of having to poop on your road trip, they have walled in modern stalls that are SPOTLESS. The souvenirs that they have to offer are cool and some might give you a chuckle or two. Not to mention they even had a selection of gas station food that includes hot dogs and sandwiches.”
“I go here at least 3 times a week staff is great and mostly fair prices. Dont get trash bags or toilet paper here though unless you wanna shell out about $10/ea lol”
“As the only Store in our small town that has gasoline. It makes it easy and convenient for quick stop needs. In necessities such as milk, beer, other beverages, snacks. Also, they have a small gaming area in their store.”

“Had a flat tire on the way home and pulled in here. Today is Sunday and all the service stations are closed. I couldn’t wait hours n hours for a tow truck, so 2 employees (Nate and Sammi) put my spare in for me! Sammi even called her husband to bring a better Jack than what I had. They went above and beyond to help this old lady. I’ll be forever grateful to them and Casey’s will always be my favorite store/gas station!!”
“I WAS AGRAVATED BECAUSE I CALLED TO CHECK HOURS FORPHARMACY ON A SUNDAY.TIME ON AUTOMATED SYSTEM WAS WRONG..IT WAS CLOSED..I MENTIONED IT..BUT NOBODY SEEMS TOO INTERESTED.THIS IS 2ND TIME SINCE HOLIDAYS.IT PROBABLY ISNT A BIG DEAL.BUT I AM DISABLED,TO GET OUT IN BAD WEATHER..FOR NO REASON..IS FRUSTRATING..02/2022”

“My visit to Shell gas station is/was in the capacity as an electrician, replacing some light fixtures. They primarily serve Rockford's west side residence, both as a gas station and convenience store for residents in the general area. It's your basic mom and pop store, open 365 days a year. Very warm and friendly people.”

“No issues when it comes to this place. Clean, plenty of variety, and kind employees. I also like the two individual restrooms the females have. What I liked most is the sign (see attached photo) "Are you satisfied with the cleanliness of this restroom." Last, I must also mention the bathroom is compliant with state laws, specifically the adding of changing station in the male restroom.”
