My daughter has been with kindercare for 2 years and I am beyond pleased with how the director and teachers are with my daughter. Everyday at drop off the teachers receive me with a warm welcoming smile and are very communicative with any issues or goals my daughter has accomplished. The director is very helpful with any question and concern I may have. I highly recommend this place for your child. I want to give thanks to Ms. Paula, Sue, Ms. Alejandra and Ms. Zorreh for your outstanding job with my daughter.

Winfield KinderCare is amazing, the staff is thoughtful and assertive. I always am greeted when my child and I walk in. I definitely recommend this center for any of your child care needs

My son (9 months, full time) and daughter (6 Yeats old, only when school is closed) goes to this daycare. I absolutely love the teachers, correspondence and fun curriculum they provide daily to them! I see photos of daily of what they teach and my daughter begs me to take her there. Zohreh, the director, is so helpful and wonderful. She works really hard to send reminders and keep us up to date on things happening. I definitely recommend this facility. I also appreciate the correspondence on the app very much.

This facility will not wow you and will not be for you if you are looking for high tech and new. This location is an older style KinderCare with only true rooms for the youngest kids and the open/half-wall style "rooms" for the older kids. We ended up at this KC out of shear need due to unresolved issues at another "high-end" daycare. After 7 months here with the original plan for this KC to be a temporary stop, we will be staying put.Both of our children seem happy, well taken care of, and relatively well stimulated during the day. The half-wall rooms have not ended up being an issue for our eldest who has some noise sensitivity issues. Both kids come home with fun activities. Our eldest has learned so much from the Pre-K teachers and they have really embraced him and who he is.This location has gone through some director/assistant director turnover. We joined while there was an interim director and the transition to the new full-time director was smooth. They are still looking for the right fit for the AD it appears. Teacher turnover seems to be relatively low to average. Both of my kids have at least one stable teacher and it seems like it is more teachers shuffling around within this location to find the right teaching pair/room fit more than leaving the location. Communication about these teacher shuffles sometimes is less than adequate, but with at least one consistent face I don't find it to be huge issue to me.One thing this location needs to work on is incident reports. My eldest will tell me "mom there should be an incident report in my folder. I had a bad fall on the playground." and there is nothing in his pick up folder. I think that is more a teacher issue than the location as a whole as my toddler seems to have adequate incident reports for obvious scratches, bumps, etc given to us at pick up.Overall, we are very please with this location. Like all daycares there are pros and cons, but it has worked out so well at this point there is nothing pointing us in the direction that we need to leave. I also appreciate the lack of general intensity at the facility. Coming from a "high-end" daycare with non-age appropriate high expectations of 3-5 year olds both academically and emotionally, it has been a breath of fresh air to not feel on edge all the time. The teachers have loved on my kids and met them where they are and embraced them. We discuss large issues like hitting, etc but other things like not sitting still, etc are dealt without much parent interaction. If they had to ask us for advice it is less about our son's behavior and more about how the teacher can adjust to help him.

At first I liked this daycare when my child had the first teacher. Then she left. Then for several months up until I took my child out there was no main teacher. It was just whoever. After her main teacher left I had a few different problems come up. My daughter always seemed so unhappy leaving her there. Also the report said she ate most of the food. Yet she was always starving when she came home. After I took her out she was no longer starving in the afternoon and looks happy. Often times she had marks and bruises and there was a few different accident reports. Dropping her off at times sometimes there was not even a teacher and they were in the room alone. I have no regrets pulling her out after the main teacher left. It's unacceptable for no main teacher for as many months till I took her out. Who knows if or when there was one. The main teacher filling in she did not seem to be happy around ever and no kids in the class seemed happy.

We love the Winfield KinderCare! We had to drop off our first child at this daycare during the middle of COVID and we were not able to enter the building at any point. We were already nervous dropping out daughter off at day care for the first time to then add all the regulations of COVID on top of it. However, the staff and teachers at KinderCare made us feel so welcomed and continued to communicate with us to help us through such a hard transition! We cannot wait to be back next fall!

We love Kindercare! My two year old always has a smile on his face when we drop him off. I’ve been impressed by what he learns at school. My nephew now attends another location and loves it too!

The teachers at this center are great. My son is 18 months old and happily runs in to school every day. They keep me updated through the app and always respond quickly to questions.

I am very happy with the new director and assistant director they are great! My granddaughter has been going there for two years and she loves it! So happy since the app came out, great things are continuing to happen!

I have 3 boys that attend this facility. My youngest who's 10months has been attending since he was newborn loves going. He lights up when he sees his friends and teacher's especially Ms. Molly. My two older boys, 7 and 9 love going as well as they can engage with kids their age along with getting the opportunity to go on field trips during the summer time. All the teachers are friendly and are always welcoming when you arrive. I feel safe and secure my kids are being treated fairly and are in good hands at Winfield Kindercare.

I've had children in attendance at this Kindercare for over 6 years. It has had numerous director changes and the quality of care has fluctuated dramatically over that time. I can say with utmost confidence, however, it has never been run as well as it is being run right now. The current director, Lauren DeGrado has done a fantastic job of promoting a positive environment for the kids and has hired like-minded teachers and staff that share her vision. Everyone is energetic and genuinely seems to like working there which translates to much happier children. I especially love the constantly changing display of photos showing all the new activities the kids get to participate in.

I have 2 boys attending Winfield Kindercare and they love it! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful! I love the new app they have now where you can get updates and pictures of your kids throughout the day! My boys are always happy when I drop them off and pick them up from here. I have no complaints! Keep up the great work here! Thanks!

RUN!!!!! Lol now that I’ve gotten your attention it’s time for me to tell you about this WONDERFUL PLACE KinderCare ♥️!!! Ok so my kids recently transferred to this facility. I was so nervous walking through the doors . LAUREN the Director of the facility greeted my family with a great wonderful smile ... She told me that my boys would love it there . She is great !!! My boys absolutely love Mrs.Lauren !!!Parents are always the nervous one right! Yes I cried as I kissed my boys goodbye ... a few hours passed and I received a call from Lauren she explained that my boys absolutely loved their new classroom & new friends!! It’s been about 4 months now and my one year old has learned so much !!! Mrs. Carmen & Mrs Yolanda are just AMAZING WITH THE toddlers. My 3 year old is in the class with Ms. Clarissa and she had prepared him for Pre-K!!! I absolutely love this place !!! The teachers really do care !!! I promise you won’t regret it !!!!

Just started my daughter at this Kindercare a few weeks back, and we love it! The staff is great, and the new director, Lauren, is very friendly. We felt comfortable right from the start.
