“This place is the best. Our dog, Milo, loves coming in to shop… and the staff is fantastic. Sonia, Amber, Brenda and Kathryn (apologies if I forgot anyone) always love on him when they see him. They’ve always got events going on for dogs, and they are always super helpful with finding and recommending stuff for Milo. If I could give more stars, I would. Not only do they provide top-notch grooming services, but they also give great tips for maintaining my dog's coat between appointments. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Carter always leaves happy, and that's the most important thing for me.”

Makenna walked us through the different brands and varieties until we found the perfect food for are cherished fur-baby. “This was my first experience at Two Bostons at Naperville and I was in awe when we came upstairs to take a look at the cat selection. I loved the architecture, cat decor, cat products, collars, and harnesses. The doggie treats were all very unique and looked delicious. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. “It was our Alvin's first time at Kriser's. Amanda is the BEST! She has a genuine love for her work and does such and amazing job. She is extremely knowledgeable and her love for what she does really shines through. Alvin just loves her and so do we. It's been a week or so since his appointment and he still feels so soft. “Our 86 pound Golden came out of the grooming salon looking SO CUTE!! The staff were very attentive and treated him wonderfully. Pics for proof. Worth every penny (quite reasonably priced, too!)”
“First time in and I was greeted kindly by a woman behind the register. She gave me some advice on puppy treats and mentioned/ signed me up for their rewards program. Not only is the store nice and clean, but they’re also cheaper than the big box pet store across the street. They also tend to have harder to find brands, which is a plus! Will definitely be back.”

I've never seen so many awesome bird feeders, bird seed options and all sorts of goodies, from fresh eggs, to feed, to pet stuff, local honey, candles, fresh food canning items, sauces, candles, tshirts and so much more. “Donna is incredible!! The entire staff is amazing!! I have an aggressive rescue that was abused, never socialized… (over 90LBS and still a puppy) He’s petrified of hair dryers, vacuum cleaners, umbrellas, candles!!!…lol, the list goes on!! As soon as Donna greets him, it’s like he’s meeting his long lost friend! She is able to do an entire grooming w/ furminator, cut his nails and DRYYYY HIM. He even goes crazy when I’m using my own hair dryer in the bathroom. She is an actual miracle, and truly heaven sent! They are all truly gifted and beyond patient. He really loves everybody at this location, and lets them pet him ,which neverrrr happens. (Ask my vet ????♀️) Donna has an energy that is truly unmatched. She is a real dog whisperer. I will never take my big boy to anyone else. When I tell you this woman is truly gifted, I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Donna, from both of us ? And thank you to the whole Petsmart Downers Grove Staff. We are beyond grateful!!”

“Groomers at What The Fluff are AWESOME! Most definitely recommend. I have a 150 lb mastiff and he's been there twice now. First time for a bath and nails, now again for nails. Lets say he loves baths, but isnt very "cooperative" (to say the least) when it comes to his nails. They got the job done when I couldn't.Hes going in for a bath next week and setting up regular appointments with them for the future. Ive found our groomers!”
