“Been going to the original location since 2015, love the new location and as always the staff was SUPER kind and friendly. This is a great way to make extra money. The taste testings are great for quick same day cash. And the larger studies pay very well for little work. You are paid with a cash card that can easily be loaded into Amazon or Venmo.”

“As a provider, the support I have recieved from the staff physicians at doctors data has been like nothing I have ever experienced in conventional medicine. The quick access to support of clinical questions, their friendly nature, and the time they have spent with me discussing cases is just hands down the best out there! So knowledgeable and available. “Oh my gosh, what an amazingly smooth and fast process! If you're an anxious over-planner like me, I'm writing this review for you (and also for this business which deserves the praise). I checked in at 9:40 for my 9:45 appointment, and I was literally back sitting in my car by 9:48. They are so organized!I had an order for bloodwork from my doctor so I googled places near me and landed on this Labcorp location. I scheduled online, which was super well-designed and easy to do. I was able to get an appointment for the next morning; perfect, since I needed to be fasting.This Labcorp shares a building with another organization, but it's all very well marked. The parking lot is ample and the door clearly says Labcorp on the glass. Inside, there are quite a few signs with arrows and clear instructions to follow which will take you to the suite where Labcorp is located. I've never been here before and I had zero issue navigating to the right place. I worry about these things LOL but this was perfect.Inside the office, there were two digital check-in kiosks. That was also super easy to use. It scans your license/ID and pulls up all the patient + appointment info that you already entered when you scheduled. They'd texted me a QR code to scan for check-in but I never ended up needing that.After the check-in, I sat down and the kind woman at the front desk called me to take my paper order from my doctor. I also provided my card to pay and signed the form for that. They had run my insurance and given me a detailed amount that I would pay.A moment later I was called back and given clear instructions on exactly where to go and what to do. The woman who took my blood was amazing; I'm sad I didn't get her name to give her full credit in this review. She mentioned I had a small vein (not in a negative way) and even that didn't cause her a MOMENT of delay as she got in with the accuracy of a sniper haha.I was done in like 60 seconds and it wasn't painful at all, she was an absolute pro at what she does. And she was very sweet! She explained I'd hear back in 3-5 days and they'd send the results to my doctor who requested them, and I was on my way. And by the way, there were signs confirming that they sanitize everything between patients and the whole office seemed super clean to me.Like I said I was back in my car just a few minutes after walking into the building. I will absolutely come back here for my routine bloodwork next year. Thank you!!”

This was my first time using their Naperville Office.
Checked in on my phone after arrival and was called shortly.
Easy in and out.
Tech was very friendly and efficient.
I always try to schedule early appointments and don't seem to have some of the issues experienced by other reviewers.
Maybe that's the trick!”

“Went for bloodwork. In and out in less than 15 min including registration time. Tech was quick and only had to try once when it typically takes others two to three times to find a vein that works.”
“My brother, Shawn, unexpectedly passed away last week. I missed two calls and two texts during the middle of the night- hours after his passing. Which I felt was a bit insensitive and decided to look up this organization. My brother was a donor and after seeing the reviews here I looked into other organizations with the county- there weren’t any- and briefly thought about not fulfilling his last wish due to the reviews.... (I’m not saying other’s experiences aren’t valid- they are- but here’s a positive story)
I’m thankful that I went through with what I knew he wanted. I would not have been able to forgive myself for not doing right by him.
We had absolutely no issues at all and everyone I talked with on the phone when I called back was very kind. I now understand why they called and texted so quickly- these things are time sensitive. I’m grateful for their kindness and understanding as I navigated this for the first time and that they answered all my questions. There was no delay in anything that happened next. We can’t wait to find out how many people he was able to help. They said up to 75 people could be helped. I find comfort in knowing his selfless acts in life continue on for others now.”

“I've had issues in the past with Northwestern in general but this is the 3rd time at the Blanchard Rd location and I have been highly satisfied. Today, Dr. Andrea, Pam (patient tech) and Hailey (X-ray tech) were so wonderful. I did do the survey but it did not allow me to mention Pam and Hailey, who most definitely deserve a shout out. They were so friendly, thoughtful and compassionate. They went above and beyond and I will definitely recommend this site to others. Great job!”

“Staff is very friendly from front desk to girls on blood draw.
Only issue I have is with the doctor there I went because I fell and hurt my foot. He took X-rays said my toe was bruised and sendt me on my way
Well it turned out I had broken my toe and the doctor at urgent care st Charles never said that all he said was it was bruised how could he clearly miss the fracture in the toe”
“First time to come here fast service and friendly staffs. Diana (don't know if i spell it right) did an excellent job collecting blood sample on my 5 mos baby shes very proficient.Had a bad experience previously at labcorp because they did terrible job.Very happy and satisfied ☺️”
