“It's a busy place with not enough room.. had to pull my empty out of the mud and j*** it over a tall curb to get it out. People at guard shack are very nice. Driver's drop their trailers hanging out too far so sometimes it can be difficult to have enough room to drop your trailer into a spot.”

“I have been in there a ton. Most of the time its in and out in under thirty minutes. If your loads not ready they have a TA around the corner. If your trailer needs work pulling out of there I don’t recommend going there. They are terrible. The staff in the gas station part is awesome thoughBack to Michelin. While waiting on Graaskamp to get in. Have your ID ready and your tandems slid to the rear and it will help speed up the line. If your empty. Open your doors too.They have 2 shipping and receiving doors the one you will most likely need is when you go through the gate and go right it’s down by the stop sign. The other is around the building and all the way at the end.Normal biz hours they use both sides of guard shack for entrance. I think after 5 they shut down the back gate and use the front gate to come and go both. On weekends it’s also closed. I hope this helps traffic moving with a little insite before you arrive.Happy travels drivers!”

“Very nice facility! No need to open your doors! First place I’ve seen that they open from the inside of the dock. Parking spots for you to wait. Opens at 7 I believe not a 24 hr facility. Wear some warm clothes when you go inside it’s very cold same with the bathroom. They usually get your unloaded in 2 hours or so never been their longer unless I was late. They bring the paperwork to you so just park it and enjoy your in good hands!”

“For Delivery Turn Left passes security checkpoint. Receiving staff is courteous and polite.Reached 7:30 for 8:00 am appointment. Got Dock right away. Don’t open the doors and don’t cut the seal. Slide Tandems and Back up Door closed at the Dock they will open inside themselves. Unloading took 2 hours. Very clean Washroom.Petro Truck stop right at the exit no.240 of i-55.”
“This was the second time I loaded here. Last time I backed inside. It was a mess, but loaded ok. This time was much cleaner. Not nearly as much stuff inside. Loaded outside with a strap and go load.”
