Customer service is terrible I’ve been trying to get cd rates for a week no one answers the phone just directs you to an automated system that has nothing to offer for the info I want you can leave a message and get no call back , typical big business they couldn’t care less !

I Naved had an issue with them nice and friendly staff and help to Handel all banking related issue. I have business and personal accounts with them.
