What a great local shop for fresh meats, eggs, dairy and more! I do not know that much about different parts of meat, and employee took his time listening to what I was looking for, explained differences of parts of meat, I got to choose things suitable for my capability of cooking(im not really good at marinating and cooking We also tried a few jerkies and sausages They were so gooooood!!! I also got a beautiful freshly cut t bone steak Cannot wait to grill(on my ninja fryer grill) and feast!!!

They have a vast array of items to choose from. Among my favorites is the beef filets, roasts, bacon, homemade breakfast sausage, dried polish sausage, bratts, pre-made spaghetti sauce, BBQ shredded pork, chicken pot pies, lots of shelf items too. One of the yummiest things here is their own, smoked salmon dip. ? The owners are the nicest people you will ever "meat"!

I bought a 16oz New York strip and cooked it expecting to hate it so I can blast their prices here. I only used salt, pepper and lemon and cooked it medium rare. It was absolutely delicious. It cut easily and was extremely juicy. I have bought meat before and while it seems a bit pricey, you definitely get a quality cut of meat from people who know their job. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for that special dinner cut of meat.

The woman helping me was so excited describing the ground chicken burgers, and she’s right, super tasty, 20 minute slow grilled after searing them for a few, right from the freezer after work. Please don’t buy them all before we restock! Thanks!!!!

I moved from Wilmette a few years ago, but was not too far away today, and was able to stop by to pick up some good filet mignon and Italian Sausage from Ziers. I always love shopping there - everyone is extremely nice and helpful, and the sausages are the best. Looking forward to throwing them on the grill, and enjoying the best Italian sausage in Chicago.
