I had a very positive experience at wilmette auto body. I scratched the passenger side of my car pretty badly right before labor day weekend. I wanted to put the entire ordeal behind me and called around to a few auto body shops near my area but they were either a bit rude or didn't have great reviews.
The moment I called wilmette auto body and spoke with Sabrina, I felt like my unlucky day got a lot better. She was incredibly kind and after sensing my urgency did her best to squeeze me in for an estimate day-of (even though they were very busy). Dean inspected my car very thoroughly and after reassuring me there was no major damage, sent me an estimate 1 hour after I left the shop. I was able to get on their calendar right after the weekend and after 3 days my car was back to looking brand new. I thought for sure I could find where the damage was painted over, but I honestly can't find it (Dean and his team are that good!)
Every interaction I had with Dean and Sabrina was great. I would highly recommend them.

Wilmette Auto Body is a Wilmette Gem! Friendly staff, friendly owners, incredible work ethic and a partner with residents. I arrived for an estimate to repair a moulding panel at the bottom of the right front passenger door. Fully expecting an estimate in the hundreds of dollars (dealer pricing), the gentleman came to my SUV, saw what was wrong and figured out that he could make the repair right there in the parking lot. When asked how much I owed, he waved me off and said its "Good Friday! Pay it forward". I have and I will. But the generosity and graciousness is unparalleled. Thank you Wilmette Auto Body!!

This is about a year late, but I can’t say enough good things about Wilmette Auto Body. Everyone who works here is so kind and patient. They worked wonders with my insurance company, and my truck looked pristine after they finished. Customer for life :)

Wow - Sabrina and the team here have your back. I came in with an annoying issue requiring a lot of trouble shooting that would have resulted me trading in my car if I couldn’t get it fixed. I literally called 5 different auto repair shops (and the dealer!) and couldn’t find anyone to work on it. Sabrina’s team took the time to find a budget friendly solution that kept my car on the road. Earned my trust and respect! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!
