wouldn’t recommend this ups store, they overcharge for everything even for tape! I miss the old owners, the new ones seem like they’re just letting this place burn down.

Always had good service, but they should honor their business hours. If you aren't going to open til after 8:30am then change your hours.

Not sure why some folks don’t like this store? I come in drop off returns boxes, they print out a receipt and I’m in and out of there for n 2 minutes. What’s not to like?

On May 22, 2023, the woman that worked there was extremely unpleasant, rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She refused to finalize the order after the client requested that she correct the shipping details. Management should take action.

Went in to the store with an Amazon return with products in the box for shipping. A young associate “Jack” refused to take the return because they had to be wrapped and offered to SELL me a UPS box. I informed him that I have never had this situation before and could he just tape up the box and let’s process these. He refused and I can say that UPS are ignorant with their employing of young people with NO idea of customer service or assistance. Poor Poor customer service. Never going to this store again and sticking to my normal stores that I attend, where I always receive a can do attitude.

So disrespectful there a guy working there who will call you like a dog pointing fingers at you.and will do the gesture like you come here!!!! I told him next time please do not do that he said well it’s a busy day for us . But there is no one around and he was gaslighting me blaming me that it’s rude to come on the phone too I’m not even on a hurry to return I was on the side will I finished the phone call I don’t even know what he’s talking about is there a policy you can’t use phone inside ups???? I’m not even going to the counter yet I was on the side to finish up my very impt call . Then I will stand infront if I’m done he the one on a hurry!!!! Such an A/$$$

I wish I had read the recent reviews. Make sure you get a receipt if you drop off a package, but the owner will tell you a tracking number won't mean anything. All you can do if a package goes missing is contact the other end and tell them you have proof and hope they honor it. I typed in the tracking number on the UPS site and all it said was that a label had been generated. This store never sent it out or put it in the system when I dropped it off. I was told too bad, it was like looking for a needle in a haystack and that they accept thousands of packages a day. I had no idea that a receipt meant nothing to them. Beware.
