“I recently took my car to Alba Auto Service (4 / 17 / 23) for maintenance and repairs (brakes and wiring) on the recommendation of a co-worker. Anyway, this may sound a little hokey. But it was probably one of the best auto repair experiences I have ever had. (since no one really enjoys going to the auto mechanic). The owner (& mechanic) Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. He kept me appraised of what repairs needed to be done to the car. “Hands down best experience with repair i’ve ever had. My partner and I are currently road tripping and had an issue with our van. We became pretty much stranded in Illinois so we went down to this shop for Mannie to take a look and diagnose an issue. He figured it out, we got the part overnighted, and the next day he fixed it. Mannie squeezed us into a spot and worked quickly to get us up and running again. He was so nice and the prices were unbeatable. Everyone there is so hardworking and won’t stop for anything. HUGE THANKS MANNIE!!!”

“I had a very positive experience at wilmette auto body. I scratched the passenger side of my car pretty badly right before labor day weekend. I wanted to put the entire ordeal behind me and called around to a few auto body shops near my area but they were either a bit rude or didn't have great reviews.
The moment I called wilmette auto body and spoke with Sabrina, I felt like my unlucky day got a lot better. She was incredibly kind and after sensing my urgency did her best to squeeze me in for an estimate day-of (even though they were very busy). Dean inspected my car very thoroughly and after reassuring me there was no major damage, sent me an estimate 1 hour after I left the shop. I was able to get on their calendar right after the weekend and after 3 days my car was back to looking brand new. I thought for sure I could find where the damage was painted over, but I honestly can't find it (Dean and his team are that good!)
Every interaction I had with Dean and Sabrina was great. I would highly recommend them.”
