“I visited a few weeks ago to grab a few cigars for an event. I had read good things about Norwood Royal prior to my visit and had been meaning to check it out for myself. On entering, I was greeted by Sam. I knew what I was looking for heading in, and he promptly directed me to the right place. He also provided a suggestion for a new cigar I had not had before based on my selection. I did not get the sense he was just trying to sell more product, rather that he genuinely thought I'd enjoy this recommendation, which I appreciated. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks Sam. The cigars were great and I definitely will come back.”

“Great selection of items so you can always get what you need when youre in a pinch. As for the munchies they have an excellent selection of international items to the point it becomes more than a smoke shop but also an exotic snack shop with selections of a diverse variety from Japanese flavors of coke to Lebanese chips that are the best I've ever had. The selection is only matched by the down to earth customer service provided by the ownership and staff. They treat all customers with great hospitality and its always a pleasure to stop in. Also crunchy the cat is an absolute gentleman. 5/5”

“I broke a bowl to my water pipe and was desperate to get a new one as it's my favorite piece. I didn't see what I was looking for out on display and the clerk was nice enough to dig through so much inventory! I felt so bad that he went through all the trouble, I needed something pretty specific. It ended up being a perfect fit and it was nice this place conveniently had what I needed as it was the third smoke shop I stopped at.They also have a great selection for glass, quality name brands and local artists. Some unique stuff here that would be perfect gifts for a fellow smoker. I love the displays and arrangement, very aesthetically pleasing and clean inside which beats out other places. The humidor is beautifully maintained, offering an exceptional selection of cigars for both casual smokers and aficionados. I was particularly impressed with the range of well-aged cigars and limited editions, which are often hard to come by. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality and selection.
Aaron, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent recommendations tailored to my preferences. He clearly knows his inventory and takes the time to make sure you’re getting the perfect cigar, whether you’re seeking something mild or bold.
To my surprise, I even stumbled upon some rare, out-of-production pipe tobacco sitting on the shelves—a real treat for enthusiasts like myself.
