“I've been a customer here for 3 years now and have had bad experiences with the workers in the past which made me stop coming. but lately decided to by after seeing the new layout. The prices, and updates of inventory have made it my favorite shop in the Northside. They have a very nice clean store, & are always stocked on my favorite blunts, wraps, & papers. Julio is the best worker they've had in a while he is always helpful and friendly! Really knows his flower and has the best recommendations. 5/5 will definitely be back.”
“Great selection of items so you can always get what you need when youre in a pinch. As for the munchies they have an excellent selection of international items to the point it becomes more than a smoke shop but also an exotic snack shop with selections of a diverse variety from Japanese flavors of coke to Lebanese chips that are the best I've ever had. The selection is only matched by the down to earth customer service provided by the ownership and staff. They treat all customers with great hospitality and its always a pleasure to stop in. Also crunchy the cat is an absolute gentleman. 5/5”

“This is the original location ( they're second one is Albany Park smoke shop on Kedzie next to brown line ) it is a lot smaller then the other location but also very nice clean and always stocked. Both stores are open late and have some of the best customer service in town. Jimmy the new guy is very funny and always very helpful. Definitely will be back to both locations !”

“Really nice guys and they have what my husband has been hunting the city for. We used to drive to Skokie only because of taxes and it was the place my husband and I first bought our mods from when we started seriously vaping. Over the years stock and service forced us to start our search again! I guess they weren't opened yet because we googled a place pretty close and honestly got ripped off. It was weird because it was unexpected that the owner would do that to new customers spending a good amount of money and hearing we're looking for a new place. This place popped up on my next search and was not too far from the price we paid in Skokie you always gotta get hit by the city taxes but this place is much much closer. Nice stock from what we've seen and they have what we're looking for. Parking can get crazy but we've lived in this area for almost 17 years so we're used to it but it can get thunder dome-ish. We always get greeted and treated very kindly and are very happy to have found our new spot!”

“From the very start the customer service was professional and precise via text messaging. I ordered for delivery and it arrived under an hour. The flavor (Obama) is very tasty. The delivery driver was really knowledgeable and helpful on instructions. The hookah was already set up with everything I needed in the comfort of my home. They even provided a piece of candy. “I broke a bowl to my water pipe and was desperate to get a new one as it's my favorite piece. I didn't see what I was looking for out on display and the clerk was nice enough to dig through so much inventory! I felt so bad that he went through all the trouble, I needed something pretty specific. It ended up being a perfect fit and it was nice this place conveniently had what I needed as it was the third smoke shop I stopped at.They also have a great selection for glass, quality name brands and local artists. Some unique stuff here that would be perfect gifts for a fellow smoker. I love the displays and arrangement, very aesthetically pleasing and clean inside which beats out other places. I've stopped in here for years, it's one of the best.”
