First time coming here with my parents puppy and have to say everyone on their staff has been 10/10.Our vet, Dr. Julie, was phenomenal, transparent with everything, and easy to communicate with.Everyone at the front desk were super amiable, responsive (even on text!), and great!Will definitely be using them as a primary caretaker for my parents puppy and any future pets going forward!

The staff is AMAZING! They were so kind & helpful. Keith was our Vet Tech & he was such a great person to work with, very attentive and made sure my cat felt comfortable and safe. I was able to get an appointment very quickly, so that was awesome as well!

I took my cat there to get bloodwork done. The bill was nearly $800. Although she's declawed, they said she was feisty and might need general anesthesia but they never quoted me the price. General anesthesia is dangerous and unnecessary but they did it anyway. They also billed me for "hospital observation fees." This was for an outpatient appointment. They also tried to sell me expensive dry cat food that's available online for half the prive. A big scam and not safe for fur babies.

Lovely wonderful clinic. I've never had an experience like this one in their degree of attention and care for my dog, their professionalism and kindness. They do a wonderful job and while expensive, worth it!

Warm and welcoming staff and Dr Mattson was very thorough, explaining everything and answering all my questions. My cat was very comfortable the whole time!

Dr. Blose has been our vet for many years. She is always kind, knowledgeable and caring. Her love of animals is obvious. She always returns calls and listens carefully to our concerns. I highly recommend her and Terry Animal Hospital.

I have a new puppy and the entire staff is so helpful and kind giving me advice and calming my nervousness. They are great with our slightly shy pup and he never seems reticent about coming to their office. Dealing with Terry Animal Hospital has been wonderful.

Everyone at Terry animal hospital were amazing! We were worried we would have to put our dog down but Dr. Mattson gave us another way to prolong her life. Both my husband and I said to each other that it was the best vet experience we have ever had!
