My wife and I have been using Steve Distler - State Farm office for a very long time. She join the service when it was a differen agent some 50 years ago, I have been with him for at least 25-30 years. Great people! Highly recommended!

Great agent and office!!! Been with them for many years. Recently moved to another city in the state. Helped me handle the status change super quick! Heather is TERRIFIC! Steve Distler has been my State Farm agent for years. He is honest, loyal, understanding, and cares about his clients. He always reviews my policy and offers suggestions and updates as needed. Steve has always given me the best advice, he won't steer you wrong.

My parents were insured by State Farm Steve Distler in Wilmette for 54 years, only filing one small claim 40 years ago. After my fathers passing my moms basement flooded and she filed a claim and they DROPPED her, and would't return her calls.

Steve himself answered after multiple attempts to get a hold of the office. When he picked up, he immediately berated and said he "has had enough of this". Look elsewhere for your insurance needs because this office will not give you their patience or time of day that you need in a situation that is already stressful.
