3217 Lake Ave, Wilmette“Yes the target location very nice location really really easy to access if you're looking for anything feel free to go in there and check it out I wouldn't be surprised they do have hidden gold mines”
“My guy and I visited the Dairy Queen during a ride through the area. It's hidden, but it's worth finding! We sat outside and ate our ice cream and enjoyed the area.”
“Surprisingly this is an awesome shopping center. Unlike regular Chicago shopping centers/ complexes, this has a different style to it. Something I had seen in other states, can’t remember where but has that gray style tone to the landscape. Very nicely flowers by the side walk and also good restaurants. It’s as if you’re not in Chicago and visited a different state.”
“Been to several other bathhouses, including the King Spa in Dallas, and although this one was the most crowded, it has a relaxing atmosphere, really friendly staff, and a delicious variety of foods and drinks.”
“I've walked every inch of this mall hundreds of times over and I'm really impressed that it continues to thrive, even as other local malls are dying. Maybe it's proximity but I think it's the mix of familiar stores and new. Trendy restaurants, high end luxury boutiques, one-of-a-kind places, pop-ups...Old Orchard--who are you???? Since this is open-air, you'll get your steps even in inclement weather. I recently went to the Downton Abbey exhibit and now there is a Titanic exhibit, I'm glad to see you taking chances and expanding your horizons, OO. New place Puttshack opening soon? Happy fore you!”
“Gotta love Trader Joe’s. It’s always just a bit cheaper than you expect it to be which is saying something in 2024 at the grocery store. As always, they rotate products through so, while it’s nice to see new items, there’s always the risk one of your favorites isn’t carried anymore.”
9:30AM - 9:30PM
Lake Cook Rd, Northbrook“Clean , excellent parking, professional security officers, excellent variety of shops and Theater. Online shopping will never replace any Mall experience consumers have enjoyed !!!”
“I've been patronizing the businesses at this shopping center for more than a decade. Shops have come and gone throughout the years and I am amazed that new businesses continue to open up shop here. I see that the Bear Paddle Swim School is under construction, Rock Star Nails recently opened and one of my faves, Barnes & Noble, continues to do well here. For the last year, I visit Village Crossing several times a week. You would be amazed at the amount of cars here before the crack of dawn! I mean, you may be sleeping, but I and other workout fanatics, stockroom workers, cleaners, vampires, are all here before the sun rises.”
“I have to take a ride out to the brickyard every now and again when the Lowe's in our neighborhood are out of a certain style that we use. Fast , friendly service. Lots of parking.”
10AM - 9PM
2030 Tower Dr, Glenview“The seats were comfortable. And for long movies much needed. As short person, who doesn't want to be stuck behind a tall person. I do not like having seating predetermined. What if you're seated next to an obnoxious person, you move and then someone says you're in their seat. And even if you buy in person, you have to choose a seat before you go in.Also while we were watching the movie. We could hear construction work at the peak of the movie. At first I was confused and thought it was part of the movie it was so loud. It was distracting.Besides that....it was good enough that I'll try again.”
Open 24 hours
740 Waukegan Rd, Deerfield“The parking lot was covered in deep snow but the crews were working hard to clear it quickly. Went to Rosebud and the walks were clean and safe. Great plaza and stores!”
11AM - 7PM
1711 Maple Ave, Evanston“This area has always been a nice and peaceful area since I have visited for over 10 yrs. There's bookstores, restaurants, the Metra, buses and the CTA trains, Northwestern University and the parks and beaches not too far as well.”
8:30AM - 8PM
461 Waukegan Rd, Northbrook“My grown daughter and I went to Max and Benny's delicatessen. I had lox and bagel with cream cheese and it was as good as any I've ever eaten. Her pastrami sandwich was also excellent so we went home satisfied customers.”
“A wonderful place, well built, full of interning stores and people. Prices are a bit much and a lot of vanity shops but there are some real good restaurants! Would for sure recommend.”
“It is very convenient since you have three major stores together and there's parking. You can go in the train or by bus good prices and nice customer service.”
“I didn't visit this place,I just drove by it. But I do love the retro look of the building. The theater was recently sold. I hope they keep the building the same! Maybe just clean it up a little ?”
7:30AM - 8PM
2821 Pfingsten Rd, Glenview“This is a nice shopping center of you're looking for mainly corporate retailers and restaurans—Whole Foods, REI, Lowe's, DSW, Ulta to name a few. There are also a number of restaurants at the center, including Pinstripes, Buffalo Wild Wings, Zapatista, Meatheads, Potbellys and Starbucks of course. It can get congested on at busy times so be patient and drive slow. I regularly see pedestrians and kids running around. Electric vehicle charging is available too.”
9AM - 8PM
W Touhy Ave, Lincolnwood“We were here for our favorite place, the animal store which serves as kennel for our cockatiel. Up arrival, our bird immediately engaged in chirping conversation with another tiel guest who was similarly staying.”
“This Jewel has really stepped up its game ! The little one on Central Ave & Lawrence Ave is always out of sale items & that forces me to waste my gas to drive over to thus nice & clean & in-stock & friendly Jewel on Harlem Ave & Foster Ave.”
8:30AM - 5PM
8725-8765 W Higgins Rd, Chicago“I work in this complex - I am bummed that the deli time has closed because of covid - I hope they reopen once the virus is tackled. I am grateful for the essentials convenience store - if I have a sweet or savory craving, it usually has something that will satisfy my tastes and their prices are pretty reasonable.”
“I love the deals that you can get on the greeting cards. The store is usually well stocked on its normal materials. However it is hard to keep it clean and organized in certain departments. My guess is because they are short staff like many places still are. The staff there are friendly and trying their best in a demanding retail job that is constantly busy.”
“Thankfully the shopping center is successful, therefore the parking lot is always full. Our favorite restaurant is Mizraki Grill. A Hidden Gem in the corner. The food is fantastic. I'm sharing a picture of a Jerusalem Lafa, which is both steak and chicken and vegetables rolled up in the Lafa "tortilla." We had a basket of fries. ?”
“It's a decent Jewel, not as good as the Highland Pk Jewel - therefore, this Jewel isn't as crowded. But, the area has a big variety of different stores & restaurants”

1849 Green Bay Rd, Highland Park“Harlem plaza is a nice place for shopping. Moderate collection of fashion, clothing, bags, and garments. There is a food court, but still with limited choices of food vendors. Best for the neighborhood community.”
8AM - 10PM
4701 W Diversey Ave, Chicago“Walmart and Big Lots anchored this busy yet accessible shopping plaza. Big Lots is now closing, so while Walmart is slammed, the other businesses are not so much.”
“Beautiful area where you can get groceries, pharmaceuticals, clothes shopping, or grab a meal. They usually have well planned and maintained Christmas lights, as well, and the kids always love seeing them here. Always has room for parking, too.”
