I have been a client of Rolfsalon for 10 years for my highlights and haircuts and always have amazing results. They’re a family friendly salon and treat you with such care and friendliness. I’ve sent many friends, including one whose hair was very damaged from another salon, and now looks healthy. I’ll never go anywhere else!

I have been using the Rolf Salon from the days when Rolf’s dad, Frederick was there…..amazing place! I’m eager to see everyone there tomorrow for my appointment time, which is always a total pleasure. Good People. Great Service. Professional and Friendly. I’ve traveled the world and always love coming back to my beloved Wilmette where everything about the NorthShore is exemplified. Quaint. Gracious. Exquisite.I see a review by a new customer, Rachel Cole, here today and must point out the reality that what she has written needs to be challenged by Google as it is aggressive, inappropriate, filled with innuendo, and is very mean spirited. Does this gal not recognize that she is out of step with proper etiquette and appreciation? Ridiculous that she writes all the complaints but keeps returning. Why? I hope they no longer allow her to be a customer, really.Rolf and Team……as you well know, I am. Awful salon! No wonder it’s always empty! They can’t keep an appointment straight! They can’t do anything right!!!! Every time I tried to go there my appt would get canceled or rescheduled. Even after I told them, it continued and then the lady at the front said oops we had someone else’s phone number. Then my daughter tried to go there and the girl was sick for days and days and then when she came back she was like oh sorry we didn’t reschedule you so it will be another 2-3 weeks before I can do your color. They raised their prices with no notice. The explanation: we hired a business consultant who told us we were too cheap. More like too unprofessional!!! Every time I attempted to go there for a simple color or haircut it was a new problem. Don’t even attempt it. It’s dumpy and they are anything but the salon that belongs in Wilmette.Service: Hairstyling

Wonderful salon..walked in without an appointment for roots and a blow dry. Rolf was very welcoming and professional. Emma did a great job on my roots, and did a fabulous job with my blow dry. Warm, friendly and professional. Reasonable prices. Total find.

Rolf slays my hair every time I visit and I love this salon. It's always great when you can enjoy the interior design while getting the best service around. I'm so happy to be her client and to have gotten lucky enough to find such a stylist with a positive attitude and a great spirit! I definitely recommend paying her a visit.

Not coming anywhere else but here! Monika is the BEST and the staff is incredible. They treat you like family, only give you treatments that will be successful, and always have slots available. 100% outstanding service. You've got to come here.

Rolf is amazing! I’ve been seeing her since she did my wedding hair in 2016 and she’s always done a fantastic job - cuts, colors, special event styles or even just a blow out! She truly listens to what you want and makes you feel extremely comfortable. Love her!

Dianna is an artist. I just let her do her thing and have NEVER been disappointed with the end result. I have the thickest head of hair you've ever seen; I've had such a difficult time finding a stylist/barber that doesn't get intimidated/frustrated half way through a haircut. Needless to say, I always ended up with a bad haircut - UNTIL I found Dianna and Rolf Salon. My first sitting she took the time to talk to me about my hair and give her opinion about what style works best. She did such a good job with my haircut, she earned my trust with her skill and creativity. I now just walk into my appointment and let her do her thing and am ALWAYS happy with how it ends up.
