I have been a client of Redefined for more than six years and am very grateful for the improvement in health and fitness that I have achieved with the help of the trainers. I believe that Redefined is the best gym and training facility for anyone looking to get strong, lean and fit. I give the gym and trainers my highest recommendation.

The trainers at Redefined are truly the best. They care about their clients and want to see them succeed. I look forward to each of my workouts and feel great when I leave! Recently, I’ve been struggling with some achilles pain and ANTHONY took the time to help figure out what was going on and come up with a plan to follow at home to ensure I'm pain free during my workouts. He also makes sure I’m pushing myself and doing exercises properly during our sessions. I also have weekly sessions with Travis and Silviu and both push me in the best way possible. They all know what weights I need for any given exercise, and are constantly switching up the routine so it’s never the same workout twice. So thankful for the trainers here!

ANTHONY HUDSON is the top reason I go to Redefined! Not only do I feel stronger and get to be with a wonderful community, but I have the best time with Anthony. He makes is fun, humorous and overall he cares about his clients and their lives. It’s addicting going there!

My 2 sons have worked out at Redefined with Anthony Hudson for the past year. They love working out with Anthony! He is friendly, fun and motivates them to do their best He us very knowledgeable about appropriate work outs for their ages and sports they play. They always look forward to going.

I’ve been working with ANTHONY HUDSON at Redefined for the last 18 months, and I’ve never felt stronger. My daughter also works with him once a week and loves him. He pushes us and makes us work hard, while also being aware of any soreness or pain. His workouts focus on mind and body, which I appreciate, especially when I’m tired or not feeling my best.

ANTHONY HUDSON- my son has been training in a group with Anthony for the past few months and loves it! Anthony is a fantastic trainer! He motivates the kids in a fun and safe environment. My son can’t wait for his class each week. Highly recommend Anthony for not only youth classes but adult classes as well. He is the best!

Anthony Hudson has seriously impacted my life for the better. After struggling from the long term impacts of Covid on my health, he helped give me back power and pride in what my body is physically capable of. He creates a welcoming environment that is all about what your goals are with no judgement or feeling of pressure. It’s true support and makes the scariness of going to the gym in the beginning much less daunting. Highly recommend Anthony and look forward to continuing my health journey with his help!

I have been going to redefined for over 15 years! The trainers are outstanding. It is well worth the $ to get such an incredible workout! I have used most of the trainers over the years and they are all solid! Right now I see Erik and Anthony, but I would recommend any of them.

I could not have imagined how much progress I have made in just a few sessions with Anthony Hudson. I haven’t felt this strong and mobile in 2 or 3 years! I don’t know what the secret sauce is but wow it works.After decades of running, dance and other sports, I have no cartilage left in my knees and was getting steadily stiffer and weaker. I had to quit gyms and all but short walks. Taking stairs, getting up from the floor or out of the car was awkward and painful.I can’t wait to see how I might progress as I continue training.

Great place and yoga instructors. I started doing hot yoga a month ago. It has been a great experience, the place is clean, staff is friendly and the classes are wonderful. I love the fact that they offer sessions in packages which allows me to use them as I need them. I travel a lot so flexibility is important.
