One thing bothered me.. their house shampoo was Dawn dishwashing liquid unless client had their own or working with specific groomer. DAWN is used on wildlife when industrial catastrophe happens. I hope by now she use dog pH balanced shampoo. Maybe Dawn works. I do know one friend who had her dog groomed there. She was treating treating her dog with vet prescribed meds for skin issue. Then I told her of Dawn... she started bringing own shampoo. Prob solved.Even dog shampoo can cause issues... just Dawn? Clients should always be informed.I have a doggy.. I care for her grooming. If I needed a groomer would I go to Dog Wash?Heck yes!”
