I had a great experience at Northshore Automotive! I brought in a Japanese import van, never sold in the states, and they were more than willing to take a look at it. (The other shops I brought it to weren't even willing to discuss working on my van.) Northshore Automotive brought my air conditioning back to life and gave the full van a good once-over. Special shout-out to Danae, the best communicator I've ever had the pleasure to deal with!

My experience at Northshore was exceptional in every way. The customer service was friendly, and the professional work was quick and detailed. Max was extremely thorough in inspecting my vehicle and informed me of what needed to be done before I even left the shop. I’ll be using them for all my automotive needs going forward!

We cannot recommend North Shore Automotive enough! We had been searching for a reliable used car for our daughter to drive back to college in Pennsylvania and Tim and Dinae made what would normally be a stressful process incredibly smooth and extremely satisfying. They stayed late to accommodate us and attended to even the smallest details to be sure our daughter’s first car was as safe, reliable and clean as could be. As parents we are thrilled and our daughter is over the moon happy with her first “new” car! The very best experience ever! Thank you!

Yes, NShAuto proposed an expensive service I had not come in for, but ... I had intended to do that service in mid-April before I head out for lots of summer driving.
So, when NShAuto took care of my immediate problem (bolt in my tire tread) and proposed this major service, I decided to go with them for the whole pkg ($1,200 ish).
Am I a pushover? Perhaps, but two of my (new) Evanston friends have been dealing the NShAuto for 30 years, so it wasn't a difficult decision at all!

We have been taking our cars to NorthShore for about 10 years and they’ve always provided quality service for a fair price. They recently added two members to their team, Danae and Caitlin, who have made them even better. Danae is really an expert in her field and was extremely helpful in coaching us with a purchase of our new used car.
