The front desk person is so incredibly nice and welcoming. She made the experience for me more than anything else. It's pretty much impossible to get an appointment. I literally had to stalk the website every day until I could get a time that worked for me. The massage was fine and very professional. He went deep without giving me any pain.

They put in writing I had 3 credits left when I asked them directly when I sent my cancellation agreement form. I attempted to use said 3 credits by the date they said, but the 3rd and final session I was told AFTER that there were no more credits. Made me pay for the session even though this seemed to be an error on their end. I have tried contacting them repeatedly - even forwarding them the email where they had said 3 credits - and they just keep dodging me. I keep being told manager will reach out to me at such and such time, but nope. Awful franchise and customer service. Have honestly never encountered a business like this that would lie or not honor what they had put in writing. Why would you treat customers like this?

I’ve been baking for the last two months, so I was truly in need for a Good massage. Bruce did not disappoint from the beginning, entering the dimly lite wonderful fragrant aura room and MY 60 mins massage it was a ? % phenomenal experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My facial was felt good for two days. Massage Envy desperately needs more massage therapists as it can be months before you can schedule them. Wilmette is a very poor facility with respect to providing services which are being paid for by the customer monthly. Because you can never get massages you can’t get caught up on your service totals.

Carol was the massage therapist for my daughter and she felt safe and well cared for. I would highly recommend her for anyone, especially if they have fibromyalgia or specific pain.Denice is the greatest massage therapist, she listens to you about problem areas and works through them. I always feel so much better after seeing her.Dejah (update: Dejah has left ME) and Jennifer are always spectacular at providing facials and making you feel wonderful. My daughter and I go regularly and they have helped us so much!

My massage with Mario was great! My frustration with massage envy is how difficult it is to get an appointment. When I booked ahead a month in advance, two of my appointments were cancelled. I have so many credits bankrolled and yet I can barely schedule appointments. Massage envy wants to charge me to put my membership on hold to use up my credits, but I can’t schedule any appointments so this will only cost me more money each month.

Sarah is a proficient massage therapist. However, she began with me 10 minutes late, at 10:10am, and ended at 10:55am. (I entered the room at 10:07am and quickly prepared, watching the clock to see when Sarah would appear.) Thus my 50 minute hands-on massage was cut short by 10%, which disappoints me very much. I simply can't get enough hands-on, quality work at Massage Envy and feel like I am in a production factory.

Had trouble finding massages during the school year; figured I could save my credits for the summer. There have been zero appointments available to me in June, July, through mid August. I've tried using credits at either locations; at best, the other locations charge a fee to use a credit, at worst they won't honor those credits (and don't tell you until after the massage). Not wanting to totally waste my credits, I booked a facial- which I was cancelled just a few hours before.

Once again, the room is very clean and neat. The service was on point. The message was well done and professional. I really enjoyed my message therapist Bernadetta today. My body feel so much better than before I came into Envy. Thanks for the awesome service.
