“PHENOMENAL!! Every time I walk into this particular UPS, the customer service is stellar. From Stephan (the manager) to every other employee I've interacted with (especially xxx whose name I'll add once I ask him for it), I always leave the store feeling better than I did walking into it. Somehow the guys are never frazzled, no matter how long the line is, which is impressive. They're genuinely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about UPS services. In fact, they've made such a good impression on me (over several visits to this store) that I now go out of my way to bring them business. They have a legit good reputation around here because their customer service is leaps and bounds above the norm in today's society. HUGE kudos to Stephan and his entire team - thank you for all you do to bring the art of excellent customer service back to the Chi!”

“I manage purchases for several family members and often have many items and packages for return delivery, hence UPS. The associates here are patient, helpful, and genuinely friendly.
I visit this store the most because it is conveniently located in between most of my regular errands, so I’m there throughout the year - the service is consistently wonderful. Even near Christmas when weather, traffic, and technology don’t always work in our favor, they remain efficient and dedicated.
I wish I could remember the name of the lead or manager who is usually there every day - he is so kind and always working in front or behind the scenes to keep the system moving smoothly. Thanks for all you do! -S”
“Always a pleasant experience. The staff gets a massive 5 star shout out. Today I came in with an Amazon return that was a bit unusual and while there was a disagreement about how it would be managed, we came to a quick and easy resolution and everyone was so cool and easy to work with. Big props to the two working the counter today and I also want to mention similar experiences in the past with other members of their team. Truly a solid crew. Nice work guys. He is a true problem solver, and particularly today, when I think customer service is not as encouraged (nor appreciated/respected) it’s important to laud his stellar customer service, as well as your decision to employ him! I always appreciate the calm, professional, overall lovely attitude at this store, and with Sunny’s service in mind, I’ll continue to return.”

But Alex and his team at this UPS location were professional helpful and kind .
Even helping me pick out some different paper to make my printing look better
even more impressive was as other customers came into this location Alex the manager knew all of them by name and they all knew him .
I will definitely be returning here for all of my shipping and office needs
