We recently wanted certain elements from a men’s ring repurposed into a pendant, but to do so we needed a design expert we could trust. We met with Beth several times, and she listened to what we were trying to achieve between the old and the new. The end result was absolutely exquisite!! It will be a piece that our family will treasure for generations.

My in-laws have gotten their jewelry from Lambrecht's well before I joined the family so naturally that was my husband's first choice when it came to designing my wedding ring. I wanted something that was a little different and I wanted color in my ring. Lambrecht's helped us design something that was elegant but also unique. 12 years later and I still get compliments on it! After such great service, naturally we recommended it to others.One of those recommendations was made to my brother. My brother was living in Texas and trying to get an engagement ring made with existing family diamonds. I'm not sure if it was because of his lower budget or because he had his own stones but he got treated really poorly at other jewelers. They hardly gave him the time of day. When he was here for their wedding shower we suggested stopping by Lambrecht's. They treated him like they had treated us for many years, with great personalized service making sure every detail was taken care of. My brother said it was an absolute breath of fresh air. He even came back and got his wife's wedding band from them as well.Just this past week another friend of ours came up from the city specifically to go to Lambrecht's to get his engagement ring. Seeing him also well taken care of is what prompted me to finally write this review to let folks know that Lambrecht's customer service is so above and beyond that folks are willing to travel to experience it.Attached a photo of my ring in case folks are curious.

Having been a long time Wilmette and North shore resident and business owner I like to shop local to support local stores and economy. I purchased a ring here for my wife for a Christmas present and one of the accent diamonds fell out of its setting sometime that day. I brought the piece back and they immediately contacted the maker and sent it off to be repaired. They were very apologetic even though it wasn’t their own made piece, and offered to refund or credit us for the ring. Matt was in his own words “embarrassed” , which was very reassuring. We elected to wait and see how it came back. This is why we shop here or at other local shops if at all possible. You can work with in person to resolve any issues that may happen and you can actually feel when someone is concerned as they were with this experience.. I have been a customer here over the years and will continue to shop here, and I urge all to do the same here or at your own local shop. Scott Stieber

My family has been clients of Lambrechts for decades. They staff there are extremely helpful in finding the right price of jewelry for the occasion at the budget you ask for. The quality is excellent and the value is apparent. Highly recommend!

I had several pieces of jewelry in desperate need of repair. Luckily I found Lambrecht Jewlery as they beautifully restored and shined up everything. They were extremely efficient, communicating all updates and pricing along the way. I will definitely use Lambrecht‘a for all my future purchases and repairs.

This family business really deserves 10 stars. Great service regarding two recent jewelry repairs. I also had to have a pair of gold shrimp hoop earrings…I’m thoroughly enjoying them! I’ll be back!

Wonderful people! Wonderful service! Beautiful care and craftsmanship, caring for my/your family heirlooms as if they were theirs. I won’t go anywhere else from now on. If they can’t solve your jewelry problem/issue, they’ll find someone who can &/or the materials/stones to insure they’re clients are happy. Happy in final product and satisfied by making sure the final price is what was agreed upon. Also, a business being run for over a century… Support small Wilmette business! I trust them and that says a lot!

Everyone there is friendly but they seem to send out everything for repairs and appraisals. I thought this was a full service jewelry store and repair shop. I wish I could be more positive, but it's just not what I expected. Also, the merchandise for sale isn't my style and doesn't seem contemporary.
