Sign in window says they repair Kitchen Aid mixers. I bring my mom's in for a repair. After six weeks, no phone call, no update, nothing. Don't waste your time with these folks.

I had purchased several vacuums from Kelly’s in Highland Park. I needed a new filter and bags for my Hoover so I brought it to Kelly’s in Wilmette. They did not have the right sized filter. I gave them my package of two filters that were the wrong size…priced at $7.99. I had no use for them. Must have gone with a vacuum I no longer own. They did not have the correct sized filters. I bought a bag of 9 dust bags and a $15 shop charge was added to the price of the bags. SERIOUSLY??! Way to get me to never return!! I assumed that the help given was just part of customer service.

In the era of terrible service, this place wins the prize for the absolute worst. I should have believed Rico’s review. I had the exact same experience. Endless waiting and lies. I wish I could support this local business but strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Excellent service, excellent dishwasher! We were in and out of the store in just a few minutes and ended up with a dishwasher which has lasted us for the past 5 years and counting.

Nothing better than having your time wasted by Kelly’s. Zero communication. I had to keep calling only to continue getting the he’ll be there in minutes line. HE NEVER SHOWED AND KELLYS SEEMS TO NOT CARE. FINDING A BUSINESS THAT ACTUALLY WANTS CUSTOMERS…..

I've been here several times over the years, to look for repairs for a vacuum and other small appliances. Hard for me to understand how they are in business. No greeting as you enter. No interest in your repair. Very lackadaisical exam of your broken product. I left a vacuum once for repair and it wasn't any better when I picked it up. They also lack even necessary equipment for testing your appliance. They dont have low repair costs. There are very few appliance repair shops left. Best route is to find a good private handyman and use YouTube videos.

Good experience - had issue with Dishwasher. Alex was timely, knowledgeable and professional. Took time to explain the problem and tips to avoid recurrence. Also took the extra time once completed to properly level and secure dishwasher underneath cabinet. Would recommend.

Wow just discovered this gem of a business. Dryer broke, the local Big Store in Glenview was quoting a 3-week wait for a service call. Called Kelly’s, they answered the phone immediately, came out the next day, and had our dryer fixed 2 days later. The service tech guy couldn’t have been any more professional. So impressed - will plan to purchase our next appliances there for sure.

Dryer broke and these guys were fabulous. The Big Store locally quoted a 3-week wait for a service visit (!) But Kelly's - answered the phone immediately, came out the next morning, had it fixed 2 days later. The tech service guy was super professional. They are heroes and we will be back to patronize whatever they sell.

We love patronizing small businesses and Kelly's Appliance did not disappoint. We have bought both our washer and dryer from them. They are very responsive to customers, and we had our dryer the next day after we purchased---delivered at the time we wanted it. They carry commercial grade appliances for consumers too, which is great to get better products. Highly recommend.

This is the ONLY place I'll take my Miele vacuum for repair. They are SO quick, their pricing is so reasonable, and they truly go above and beyond. I've gone to other authorized Miele repair shops and haven't had good experiences - very expensive and takes way too long.
