I went to this shop today to fix the tpm sensor for one of my tires.
Ben Chung quoted me a price of $170 to fix the part which I agreed to .While fixing the part I asked if he thought it will be better to change the tire as well...the question seemed to set the mechanic off and he proceeded to scream at me....he drove me to tears...I have never been treated this rudely for something I am paying for , my tire was very low and the lady working upfront was comforting else I would not have continued the repairs. This guy does not seem to understand what customer service is I sure will never use his service . I believe the question I asked wasn't insulting and just because I am a woman does not mean I should be brushed off and treated so rudely.

They did perfect alignment on my old little Camry. The man who worked on my car was very professional and knew what he was doing. He also gave me a very detailed report of the job they did, and the alignment just like a professional shop
