An absolutely wonderful team! They've been caring for our dog through thick and thin for over a decade now (she's closing in on her 17th birthday!) and everyone has been amazing.

Front desk lady who seemed to be the older one had a big attitude and treated me like a nuisance upon arrival. She felt she had the right to talk to me in such an ugly manner and if she was busy or having a bad day, I would have taken the sorry however this was not the case as there was no sorry or anything. Poor customer service and poor way to talk to someone.

To be fair, I'm sure our pets got good medical care for the 20+ years we used Green Bay Animal. Where they miss the mark though, is in their relations with their clients. The front desk women must literally hate their jobs, with people skills falling somewhere between the post office and towing company. Don't reward their rudeness just because they're close by.

We love Green Bay Animal Hospital!! Our previous dog, Sandi, lived out her final years being cared for there. She sadly passed in 2020 and we recently got a new labradoodle puppy. Our previous primary vet has moved away, but we have been very pleased with all of the vets on staff and the techs are wonderful. One of the best things about Green Bay is the front desk staff!! They are kind and compassionate while juggling a myriad of tasks and doing it all gracefully. Our interactions are always positive, even though it's a very busy place. Kudos!!

I normally dont share good or bad experiences online but this one i just cant let go. Oh how this place has changed since Dr Miller left and since the former staff disappeared. I made the decision to leave after 10 years of great service to 5 of my animals. Got tired of incompetent staff making mistakes, prices out of control, bait-and switch where vets would change last minute and even though I waited for an appt for months. Plus refusal to administer subcutaneous fluid because we were not current patient. All that in addition to price gouging and pushing procedures that were not necessarily needed asap. I could go on, but I'll just leave this here and say, take your business and your loving pet elsewhere. This is not the 4.8 /5.0 service you think you'll be getting.

We just started going to Green Bay Animal hospital for our 2 dogs and already we’ve had numerous visits because of their issues. Every person has been so welcoming and professional and our dogs feel at ease at this clinic. They have solved the dogs medical issues and we are very grateful for that. We plan on being lifelong customers and refer everyone we know to them. These are people who clearly love animals and enjoy working with them, as well, as their human counterparts.

We switched vets during Covid - when everyone was doing curbside service. Unsettling for someone like me - especially with a new vets office where I knew not a single person. My mind was out at ease immediately with how attentive the staff all were from the moment they’d come to get one of the dogs to the phone call with the vet to any follow-up when needed. And now that we’ve actually been inside and actually met the humans caring for our dogs it’s only gotten better. A tech even brought a medication to our house to show me how to administer it to our anxious guy on her way home when I wasn’t able to get there (because I cannot lift him into the car). Seriously these humans really truly care about their furry patients and it shows as they go above and beyond. And our dogs LOVE them.

We received excellent care from doctor Hendrix who assessed the situation very quickly, recommended treatment and took care of everything with a great deal of concern both for our dog and us. Plus the staff at the front desk and the technician were excellent as well. Highly recommended!

They have a lock down of animal care needs in the area. They've always been very friendly but there are still far too few people/patrons coming in with masks. I will continue bringing my fur baby to them, as there really is no better choice.
