DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.Here is what happened to me recently:July 25: 10:30 AMI go to Finest Fit cleaners to see if they can alter two jackets. The owner tells me to come back after 3 PM when she does alterations. Fair.July 26: 3:30 PMI return to Finest Fit the next day, she takes my measurements. The interaction is positive and she promises me I will have my items on August 9. Great…or so it seems.August 9, 4 PMI show up. The owner looks perplexed then tells me - it's not done yet. I look confused then realize she's not kidding. She hasn't done it yet."Can you come back tomorrow?""Um, no, I need this jacket for a trip that is tomorrow."Then she proceeds to give me attitude for not helping her find a solution… TO THE PROBLEM SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR.Hang on, I tell her. You've had TWO weeks to do this and you didn't. That's a you problem.She tells me to come back tomorrow.I tell her 8 AM.She says 10 AM.Fine.August 10, 10 AMI return as agreed, having had to upend my schedule to make her timeline work.First of all, there's no bell or alarm to indicate someone is there, so you have to shout into the ether to get someone's attention. She brings out the jacket and I move to try it on. "You don't have to try it on. It's perfect," she exclaims."Well, if you rushed this, I need to make sure it fits, since your first attempt and getting it on time did not work."It fits, but upon later inspection it's shoddy sewing.Then she quotes the bill - $96 for the two jackets. Doesn't offer me a discount or any compensation for the fact that I had to upend my entire schedule because of her mistake."It's like you don't really want me to be a repeat customer," I tell her.She then claims that she's understaffed and tries to elicit some sympathy but I don't really have much to give. She's not given me a real apology to this point nor attempted to show me she cares.When I try to get her to realize she's not leaving me in a great place, she scoffs and says, "Okay goodbye" and turns her back on me.I come home and one of the jackets is okay. The other is super poorly stitched, with threads hanging out, and the edge of the sleeve is uneven.---I wish I had seen Lucas B's review from December 2020. She definitely pulled the same hostility on me for wanting to try my items on before I left. So my advice to you is simple:DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.Service: Alterations

Hae is simply the best!! Not only does she do amazing work but she is also so nice and great to talk with. During the pandemic Hae quickly started making her own masks and often times she’d give them to clients for free because she genuinely cares for her clients and wants people to be safe. And I have to say they are my favorite masks and always my go-to’s.Also, Finest Fit is simply the best place in the area to go to for any dry cleaning or alternation needs you might have. Couldn’t recommend more highly!Services: Alterations

Finest Fit is a great dry cleaner! Hae Hae does a great job with cleaning and alterations. She is warm and friendly and can take on any project. I moved to the city and still take my clothes to Finest Fit! Highly recommend!

BEWARE...The woman who runs this joint is a disgrace. First time customer here and it'll be the last! Her disrespectful attitude towards me was vulgar, obnoxious, and quite frankly offensive. There was no decent changing place for alterations. When I came back a week later, she scoffs at me for requesting to try on the garments before paying. She had the audacity to fight with me and say "oh I don't have time for that, you go home and try." LiKE WHAT?? I never, ever, paid someone for alternations and tells me to pay first, leave, and go home and try on. Like nooooo. That's bad business and seems to me that this woman does not understand how basic business works or how to treat someone. But wait, it gets better. Before paying I get my way and try on my garments and she walks away. The sheet she has hanging up for a "changing room" was a joke and I'm pretty sure I gave everyone in the parking lot a show for getting naked while changing. The woman returns and scoffs at me again mumbling under her breath. I was sure she was cursing me. And I finally said "EXCUSE ME, WHAT ARE YOU SAYING?" And she retorts "new clients are always hard to please. You don't realize how hard I work and that I pressed your things without added charged. I am best." I said "LOOK lady, I'll be the judge if your the 'the best' or not, and I did not request service for my garments to be pressed. That's why it took you so long. You're telling me you did extra services on my garments that I did not request?!" I lost it people. This woman really got under my skin and I got the heck out of there. She LOST MY BUSINESS and I will NEVER RETURN. Also, when I got home, I noticed all these loose ends that I was forced to hem myself. It was a sloppy and clearly rushed operation. OVERPRICED, awful attitude, bad customer service, and bad quality. 0 out of 5 stars.
