The staff at the store part of this CVS is always helpful and nice. The pharmacy was always terrific, but there has been a whole new staff the past couple months and it's dreadful. They never have our medications in and they don't order it . . . we just keep returning to pick up the meds and they keep saying it's not in yet. My son had to leave for college without his prescription and they're currently 4-6 weeks behind on my own prescription. And the pharmacists now are rushed bordering on rude. I miss Lesley!

Located in the plaza del Lago, which is a cute plaza and Spanish inspired? Came here to get a few items (before brunch) and on a Sunday late morning, the parking lot was clear and perhaps there were only two other shoppers in the entire store. I was quite surprised by their wine selection and I was even more surprised that an entire section was 75 percent off. Yes, that's right - 75 percent off!! It was a Spring cleaning day and they had to make room for their shipment. I jumped on Binny's site to do a quick price comparison and confirmed that these bottles were dirt cheap. I would have purchased more but I'm already well stocked. All in all, I purchased a $100 worth for like $27 bucks. Thank you CVS for the excellent customer service too!!

Just before Thanksgiving, four of our family members (living together) went for drive up COVID-19 tests at CVS Pharmacy Wilmette. CVS really has the testing procedures down pat. The website to schedule the drive-up appointments was a bit challenging, but once we scheduled the appointments everything went smoothly. The pharmacy tech handed each of us the test kit through the drive up "drawer" and walked us through each step of the test. She even threw in a few jokes to distract us during the 15 seconds when the test swab is so far up your nose you are convinced it is going to hit your brain. In each case, the results came back within the projected time (approx. 3 days). Four negatives!

I paid 18$ for shitty quality prints i will not give to anyone because it's shitty and o had used high quality pics, for a magnet photo and i got no magnet and a card where i got normal photo print instead of a card. The first and last time I printed here

Went to this location to get tested for covid. On the confirmation it indicated to look for indication of where to go and I saw nothing so I went inside. At the entrance were two ladies. An African American and a Caucasian and in asked " where do I go to get tested?" The Caucasian lady looked at me and her response was " didn't you read your email that says not to come inside". I couldn't believe she said that as she continued to say i had to go thru the drive thru. I told her she have to be rude. Then the African American lady jumps in the conversation to say she wasn't rude and as I walked out she said " I hope you have covid". My husband heard and couldn't believe she said what she said. That is the person CVS has working for them? I called corporate and have yet to get a call back. Never did I think that would be said to someone during these times.
