Was able to get the Birkenstocks that my grandson wants for Xmas when everyone else was sold out of his size. When I emailed them on questions I had on my order, they were quick to respond. Will not hesitate to order from them again when the need arises.

I meant to leave this review in October! This is an excellent store! Lisa was so helpful and patient when I picked out my shoes. I think I tried over 20 pairs and the whole time she was so helpful and nice. I will definitely back to the Edens Plaza location again. Thank you, Lisa :)

I love this store. This is the only place that I buy Birkenstocks from ( 4 pair ) they have plenty of very helpful employees who know the product well. Many styles and sizes in stock. Plenty of public parking. I highly recommend this store.

I love this store! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the store is really nice and inviting. They have a great selection of the Birkenstock Brand and additional high quality products. I have purchased so many shoes already there.

Had a great experience shopping here! They have an amazing selection of Birkenstocks and the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely attentive. They were also happy to add more holes onto my boyfriend’s old Birkenstock sandals. We loved the store so much that we brought my boyfriend’s mom back the very next day and she ended up buying a pair of shoes too!I’m really close to needing a new pair of Birkenstock sandals and I absolutely know where I’ll go when that time comes.

Love this store! Whenever I can't find a Birkenstock model, they always have what I need. The customer service is excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. I order online as I live in AZ. my orders have arrived at the expected time.

The staff was BEYOND amazing - so helpful, so kind, so thoughtful. We walked away with a couple great pairs of shoes, and a sticker, and a cookie from the staff :)

I had searched all over the internet looking for a pair of Birkenstock Uppsala in Graphite color. Every website I searched were out of my size. I finally found Complete Birkenstock's site and noticed that they had my size in stock. I was somewhat leary of ordering from a site that I had never heard of. Since I have been searching for these boots for almost a year, I took a chance and ordered from the Complete Birkenstock website. Within 2 days I received a notification from UPS that my order would be delivered the following day. My order was placed on a Friday night and I received my boots on Tuesday! My boots were securely packed. I also received instructions on how to care for the boots, a return/exchange card, a receipt and a candy cane! What a great experience with this company! I will definitely order from them again!
