Just started going here after living in the area for the past 10 years. Aaron is a pro and will steer you in the right direction if you are a novice cigar smoker. Extremely friendly place & will treat you with the highest respect, especially if you’re just getting started. Huge selection & there’s always a BOGO deal. My favorite smoke shop in the North Shore, hands down.

Wish I can give him 0 stars. First the ***hole charged me $10 tax for $27 cigars. Price charged was $37 but when I checked my bank statement he charged another $2 for total $39. Piece of s*** is doing foul business. Stay away from this place.

Nice private cigar lounge open to non-members for a small daily fee. All newer and comfy leather seating. Staff and regulars are friendly. Very nice humidor selection and plenty of accessories on sale. Soft drinks and coffee are available as well as ice and glasses for your BYOB. Nice place to relax and enjoy a stick! Check their hours before you go, as they close earlier than most other lounges.

Nice selection but some of the workers can be incredibly snobbish to people new to cigar smoking. I asked for a cut and the worker said "I kinda mind but I'll do it" while he was doing it I said "I had to do it with scissors last time haha". He looked up at me and said in a serious tone "don't tell that story to anyone ever again" I was just trying to make casual conversation while making my purchase, I don't need to feel d*** on top of that. Seems like they like taking out their frustrations on the customers. I spent $70 and I wish I didn't - next time I'll take my money to another store. The non cigar smoke shops have been nothing but accommodating and nice. They have some cigars as well. Definitely more of a relaxed shopping experience

Overcharged me for the cigar I bought . The cigar was $30. I was charged $41 . $11 tax?! . Won’t go back .

They overcharged me for a cigar . It was $30 and they said my total was $41?! $11 tax ??? Counter guy was a d-bag. Also, $10 to use their lounge ?! GTFO! Won't be going back !

Unless you like finding cigars you've only ever seen on the internet and then finding yourself buying a handful of them, don't go! Very wide selection, good prices.

Great location for me. I am a member of the cigar lounge. The people that I have met there come from a different background than I am but they are out going and friendly. The owners are knowledgeable about cigars and friendly to their customers. Most importantly the price is right on the cigars they sell.
