Wish I had read the reviews before coming here. It has been nothing but a nightmare. When asked to contact the manager I was given the run around, they gave me a different branches number. Awful.

HOPELESS!! We have been Chase Bank customers (previously Bank One and First Chicago) for 50 years. The last few encounters with Private Client and the Branch Manager were very "painful". They could not get my simple re-order of checks straight. I had to go online and reorder them myself. We ended up with duplicate orders and one going to the wrong address. We had to bring in one of the duplicate orders for the Bank to shred. Also, I wrote several emails to the Branch Manager, copying the Private Client Rep. Neither one of them replied. On two different occasions, we were asked to come back at another time, since there were no Personal Bankers or Managers on duty. Last but not least, the Branch Manager did not know how to handle an insurance claim check. Sad!!

When I go to Chase, I never need to worry about the customer service because Chase bankers are always professional and good. Today I had another great experience. We needed to open a credit card that does not charge foreign transaction fees. I called at first and spoke with a banker directly at the first ring. We then went to the branch. The gentleman (sorry, could not remember his name) wad very polite and knowledgeable about the products. We completed the task in 15 minutes. We were very satisfied. Chase by far is the best bank I have dealt with. Go Chase!

Had an appointment to set up an account for my daughter with a personal banker Unfortunately nobody at the branch knew about my appointment even though I had email and voicemail confirmation. Manager was not able to accommodate nor was she very understanding. So disappointing, not going back…

never visit this branch anymore. The manager was rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. When I confirmed with the teller if I have enough documents, her response was yes and let me wait for them. But after a long time waiting for all the employees laughing and talking, I was finally guided into the room. The manager didn't explain the business and normal greeting to customer, she only said by law, for a resident, you must bring a green card, without explain the details or other options. If this is the way to serve their customers, why chase? Citi bank has much more better customer service.

waited in the car for 25 minutes while my partner was inside making a deposit. There's just no reason it should take more than five to ten minutes for a person to make a deposit of some cash. Further, while I was there, at no time was there NOT someone illegally parked in the fire lane right next to the entrance. As a disabled veteran, I frankly RESENT people who are so %#(&^#%@)^#%)*@ed lazy they feel entitled to customer parking at an entrance, better and closer than a person with a legitimate disability gets. As others have said, LOUSY service.

Lousy service. Don't care for your concerns. My debit card never came. Asked for another one. Refused to waive $7.00 fee. Banker kept asking Manager who said "I don't have any time. I'M BUSY!" in a angry tone. Apparently they don't care to have your business I would tell everyone go elsewhere!
