This is a review specifically for Terrace the manager.Very rude when I visit the bank I left my key on a Thursday. He never apologized in first call he made on Monday close to closing time to tell me I had left key at bank. 3 full business days before a costumer gets notified I think it's long time. Starled me because it was not in my posetion without me being noticed. Wished not only he would have called me earlier or him not be so rude when I asked him why so long and where exactly it was found. He did not know. He said in the room. I dissagree. I must of dropped ut. Regardless. Apology came with rudeness and hung up of a phone cutting me off. No customer appreciation at all and relate to concern. He did not care to be nice.

I mean… it’s a bank. They always have quite a few employees available to help you. Not a huge fan of huge banks but I guess they are too big to fail, so that’s nice….

3 meetings with the bank that my family has done business with since 1958and Chase Bank cannot help me with my mothers needs which is to change one name on an account of a deceased husband. Not happy.

If The teller is unable to help a customer they should ask the customer to go in the bank rather than making everyone else wait in line for 13 minutes. Very frustrating And disappointed in this branches customer service.

This place stole $120000 from me my life savings dont trust them i am gona be hiring a lawyer this week they are shady and thieves my lawyer said never trust big banks.

My experience with the team at this bank has been absolutely fantastic. I've been using this bank for approximately 15 years, and they have the best, most honest, and most caring people I have ever worked with. I moved 30 minutes away, and I still use this branch for anything big because I know I can trust the team there.

As far as Chase banks go, this one is pretty mediocre. They only have 1 (one) atm in their lobby, just one. So there is always a wait to use their 1 atm. The cashiers are sometimes pretty slow too. Not a big fan. I try to just use the drive up atm more than anything.

Every time I go in to this Chase, I'm treated like family. I've overall never had a problem with Chase Bank, but this one in particular feels like they want to go above and beyond for the client. I really wish they had a better coffee machine though. The Northern Trust bank just across the street has much better coffee options.
