“I stopped by to have some paint touch up work done on my 4Runner after hearing how great of a job they did repairing a car for my family member.Their production manager Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly as he walked around my car to talk through the spots I wanted addressed. He told me the car would be available to pick up around lunch time and cost about 2 hours of labor, which was totally acceptable for me.The best surprise was that when I picked it up, they said I didn't owe anything at all since I supplied my own touch up OEM paint and the job was easy. They obviously didn't have to do that, but it was great to see a business doing quick favors like that and was so appreciated. “I took my car in today with a few scrapes and scratches from having a car in the city. I anticipated it might cost a few hundred dollars to fix. Within a few minutes of arriving, Steve greeted me to take a look at the scrapes and scratches. He said he would try to buff them out and see how it turned out. Less than ten minutes later, he comes back in to let me know the scrapes and scratches all buffed right out and that there would be no charge for his time or service. I tried to give Steve cash as a thank you for a job well done, but he declined and would not take it.Steve and Gerber made my day and I drove out of the facility with a huge smile on my face. Actually two reasons because I found out that they were able to make two sizes of jalousie panes I needed and could also make thermal window replacements! “I had one of my best mechanic experiences here. I have an old Land Rover Discovery (2000) that I keep resuscitating. This time, it needed some chassis work involving welding - a small rust hole was developing. The gas tank strap and some areas in the wheel wells needed repair as well. They did a beautiful job with it all. I went to at least 5 mechanics/body shops before who would not perform any welding work. It's very hard to find places that do such work anymore. Anyway, they do it and do it well.”
